The manager working today, 9/7/25 @ 11am is rude and has no customer service skills. It wasn't busy at all and a worker was kindly helping me in regards to the happy meal toys and she asked him what he was doing and told him not to help me and sent me away.

Stopped here on our way back to Bakersfield 8/30/25 and the associate was so rude . They got our order wrong and gave us attitude 😂 never eating here again

The food was tasty, no complaints there. But the service was disappointing — had to wait too long, and instead of ranch sauce they gave me Mexican salsa. I’ll give this McDonald’s one more chance, but if the service doesn’t improve, it’ll be my last visit to this location.

Stopped here on my way to Bakersfield. The restaurant was very clean, service was friendly and efficient, and the food was consistently good—just what you expect from McDonald’s. Convenient location right off the freeway, making it a great stop during a road trip.

Every time we come through here, it's chill, quick service, and pretty quick.
- Dirty: there were spilled drinks on the floor, sauces smeared on the tables, etc - Crowded: the ordering kiosks were crammed into a tiny enclosed area where tons of people were waiting in line or for their food so I had to push past them to place an order - Digital problems: I tried to place an online order from the app so I could get a discount but I kept getting errors saying the store wasn't taking orders, and I couldn't log into my account from the kiosk either
