Well I don't like to complain but had a bad experience at this truck-stop , Jazz was the employee that was ignoring me after I receive my food, and I wanted some hot sauce, another customer was paying for his food, and he asked if he could get a cinnamon bun and she said she will have somebody go meet him at that registered to ring them up, I know for a fact when you're at the front counter, you can can order and pay for it at one register. Because I've done it in the past. If Jazz doesn't like her job maybe find something that she enjoys doing

Worst customer service, my dad had asked the lady in the front for help. She then procedes to reply in a rude attitude, roll her eyes and when my dad turned his back she starts mumbling words at him, which looked like she was insulting him. It looked like they were having a busy day which caused them to be stressed but it is still no excuse to treat customers this way, it's unacceptable. When someone asks for help you do not treat someone like that, let alone if the customer did not come at you a certain way.

Hayley was absolutely terrible. I don't understand how you she has her job there. Worst attitude. Was raising her voice and speaking very disrespectful. She should learn some manners. Whoever is managing this location, if you do care about your store please reach out back to me. I will not leave this issue unresolved and will be contacting corporate, unless I hear an apology.

Whenever I walk in I see a lot of customers not wearing mask so I turn around and walk out. I live in the neighborhood so I try to support local businesses but will not support people that do not wear in a business or the business itself for ignoring it.
3 experiences with the person who cleans the shower that is so disrespectful and goes out of his way to make sure he doesn't clean your shower. I've Never said a word to this individual let alone ever met him. Floor was all full of hair, Toilet Paper Rolls where both Empty. Literally has had a grudge towards me. Finally this last time I made a complaint to management and took them to the Shower I Used. Please Beware of Showers not Being Cleaned Period. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Pilot needs to get new employees all the employees are always rude always in a bad mood for some reason like they hate life seems like they're bipolar because some days they're happy most of the time they hate life every weekend we go fishing an stop by Cinna bun an they're never ready they're supposed to have everything ready at eight "no hold on I just opened up I'm getting stuff ready" it just blows my mind how rude they are each time something has to be done!

It's hard to find parking slots open in this location, which to me is an indication of how popular this place is! I managed to get a spot in around 30 minutes, by patiently waiting for someone leaving. I was tempted to park beside a pump just to go inside the store, but nah...civilized barbarian here! Ha-ha-ha! I always love stopping at these centers. The store is always huge and full of items that it might take you an hour or so to browse the stock. And it is clean and well-lit! The staff are always helpful, and they always open extra check-out counters if the customer lines get long. And the comfort rooms are always clean and always tended to. The also have a large selection of food here...cold and hot ones. The staff are always available to help you with the hot food. Pandemic precautions are in place. They require customers to wear masks and they do enforce it. They have hand sanitizers at the entry points. And the staff are masked and gloved as well. Michael Jackson would have been proud! Pay no mind to the negative comments. I'm sure they're just from the highly-strung. This place is good, so give them a go!

Bad pumps. First pump didn't work. Second pump you had to hold the handle the entire time. Price expensive. Best to go to flying in frazier park. Too crowded. Its not the last best place to get gas
