A few details on this business are incorrect on Google but we still were able to find them. They aren't located behind the truck stop but right in front (not across the street). Don't get them confused as there are many other vendors in that strip. Their food is amazing, tortillas are made fresh right in front of your eyes and they got a selection of different proteins for your tacos but our fave was al pastor. They got a TON of toppings for you to choose from and also aguas frescas. Can't wait to be back! Also, they apparently open every day from 10:30ish in the morning (I had to ask bc I realized the info on here wasn't accurate).

Don't waste your time or money at the other food trucks. This one is legit. Hands down. Homemade tortillas, tons of condiments and picked vegetables. Friendly employees. Meat is well seasoned and cooked perfectly. Prices are high but the same as the rest of the taco trucks. I've eaten at every place on this strip in the last few years and this one is the best, by far.
