What in the world? The employees at this location are the most hospitable I have ever encountered. Immediately greeted by 3 of them and extra questions were asked when ordering which showed a special care. They recently rearranged the seating which makes it a wonderful space to study for awhile. Way to go!

I come here almost every day during the week( im trying not to anymore for the sake of saving money and not getting jipped lol but i commute so its hard i dont always have time to make my own). Sometimes they do amazing and sometimes i leave pissed off. Whether the drink i get daily is completely off or some days i just get a cup of mostly ice. Im paying almost $6 for this, the ice to drink ratio is insane. If you cant tell the cup is filled with ice to the top, my drink ends up being water within like 10min if i dont finish it right away. its really frustrating/: Carina i think and a young guy-blonde buzz cut, they are my faves, they do amazing and their service is always great but i havent seen them much lately.

Very clean location. however as much as I go there, each time I ask for my food to be warmed up only a little bit I get it so hot I have to let it sit there for 10 mins cooling off. This has happened several times ... Please don't just say yes and not comprehend my request it's getting silly annoying.

I ordered less ice and sugar free syrup added, but my drink I received had no syrup at all, and full of ice… how do I know? Because I used to work at SB. They can’t fool me. and you know what? Cup and lid changed to paper cup so we can’t see what’s inside… wow great way to waste of my $6… SB is officially desperate to make up for revenue loss. This is ridiculous. They don’t care as long as they can make money.

Good Starbucks location. Well staffed with steady service. A few indoor tables for a quick bit of work or a short break. The location is busy with steady foot traffic throughout the day.

I'm sorry but how many times am I going to order a venti from this place and always get a grande because the person getting the orders can't differentiate between the two? I always order them as venti, I never order a grande. When I told them at the window, they just said I only charged you for a grande. Excuse me, that's NOT what I ordered. This is getting frustrating. Once or twice, fine, but this has been happening too frequently.

I wouldn’t of normally complained abt this but i ordered a venti matcha latte, obviously that’s close to 10 bucks already and there was a piece of dragonfruit in it and i’m allergic to it and im pregnant and had i of eaten that it would of been bad. I just think they should be more careful especially with cross contamination and peoples allergies. Again im pregnant and it could very well of left complications. They remade it for me when i told them but still that was very dangerous…
