Not sure why but it was not a good day for the ladie that help me in the drive thru.
I order an ice coffee and it was more ice and air than coffee 😂🤣

Normally we love this as a favorite road trip stop with friendly and help staff, warm Stu and great drinks. Tonight we stopped in at 8:27pm in desperate need of a great coffee and safe restroom stop. Closed! The website says 9pm , the doors say 9pm , I called and no answer but staff were inside cleaning. Several other potential customers had to walk away in disappointment. Wendy’s got our business and maybe they will be our new road trip stop instead of Starbucks!

This Starbucks location is amazing. The employees are always friendly, welcoming, and on top of everything. Their service is truly in-and-out — fast, smooth, and consistent every time. I appreciate the whole team for making every visit a great one!

I am a Starbucks Partner and whenever I visit any other starbucks, I’m always met with disingenuous greetings and a lack of warmth for my being there. I put no energy into that, I know where they come from. This job is not easy. I do my best to make sure everyone that comes to my store is served the best coffee with nothing but care and passion.

On my way back to SF, my car broke down on the 5-N and had it towed to the O’Reilly’s. I found this starbucks to be my safe haven. Mikkel was kind enough to Recover my drink after I told him the predicament I was in. I could not thank him enough.

I found a hotel near by and the following day I check out. I again came by this store between the 11-12 o clock block and Sarah was super sweet and kind to me. after hanging out in the patio, i forgot their name but a blonde girl with ponytails and a black head band gave me a matcha frappuccino sample and, i known its just their job but that was really sweet and just the pick up I needed (this same partner also upheld the restrooms for customers only policy to someone who seemed to be rather unkind to the team which I want to take a moment to recognize. i know its not easy)

I had lunch elsewhere and came back and Matt welcomed me and took my order, I told him what was going on and he sympathized. Jenna was also very kind to listen to my situation. I hung out in the patio for quite some time until I was able to get my car towed to a mechanic and I said by to the team working and they wished me luck and were very happy to be.

This store made me feel welcome and safe and I owe it to the multiple partners I spoke to for keeping my spirits up. I know it may not seem like much to them, but it meant so much more to me than they imagine.
Thank You guys! Any time I’m back in socal this is the ONLY one I want to make an effort to visit!

Staff was friendly. Super short staffed but the three guys were moving. I ordered a caramel macchiato. The first one was super strong, almost like they forgot to add milk. I asked and they remade my drink. The second one tasted nothing like a macchiato and more like flavored milk. It was a loss-loss for me.

Seems like every time I come order my coffee they always make it super sweet. It’s supposed to be an espresso and it tastes super sweet.

Efficient and friendly staff as well as a clean place to sit down and have a Cafe Americano.
