Dietary restrictions: I ordered four of the chicharron tacos with no tortilla since I'm doing the Keto diet. The guy offered me options (lettuce etc.) which I politely declined. He waited patiently as I scrounged around for one more dollar that I owed, they had already begun cooking the food. As I ate this food, I exploded with joy! The chicharron they are serving is the best I ever had. The service was amazing and it was quick! The hands of these men have been blessed by the LORD. Amen. Thank you Tacos Jimenez #3!!

I can call ahead of time to order and it is always ready on the dot at the time I say I will come.

The location isn't ideal (personally), if it rains the sidewalk area is dirt so its muddy.However, its the best food truck in the area for items with Asada meat. They have snacks on the side you can purchase as well (chips, aguas Fresca in a bottle, soda, Mexican candy, nuts, etc). The menu has everything from sopes, tortas, burritos, tacos, tostadas, etc.Service is fairly quick and fairly priced. They do accept credit/debit cards, as well as cash.Packaging is neat as well. Paper plate covered with foil very nearly done and bagged in a plastic back for take out. Must stop every time we are heading back home.Parking isn't ideal either, basically you park where ever you see parking on the side of the road. However because their service is quick, you can usually find parking behind/infront of the food truck next to the parking.Also, the salsa is a tad but spicy. . .good but you'll definitely taste it. So if you ask "con todo" make sure you're okay with the spice.

FANTASTIC MEAL! I had the quesadilla with marinated pork and a side of rice and beans. The refried beans were the best this gringo has EVER had! Clearly home made. The quesadilla was HUGE, filled with a very generous portion of meat, plenty of cheese and lightly grilled diced onions, grilled to perfection! When I say the guacamole is fresh, I mean I watched him cut and spoon out the avocado and mix it up right then and there! This place deserves better than 5 stars! A must stop for anyone in the area ?

The ORIGINAL taco truck in Castaic. Dont be fooled by the countles of others who try to duplicate a product that can't be replicated! If you are looking for great tacos, tortas, or burritos that will leave you craving for more, this is the truck you want!
Parking: Free parking along the street or in any of the local gas stations. Just dont leave a car in the gas station lot unattended, or there is a chance of getting towed or ticketed.
Kid-friendliness: Bring the kids, neighbors, and relatives........all are welcome!
Wheelchair accessibility: The sidewalk is not paved but a wheelchair can still make it through to the order window without much effort
