⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ This Wendy’s in Castaic is one of the cleanest fast-food places I’ve visited. The restaurant is always well-kept, and the service is quick and friendly. The food comes out fresh and tastes amazing every time. Great spot to stop for a meal—definitely recommend!

This is a brand new Wendy's. The place is clean, the bathrooms are clean, and the service was excellent. My burger was perfect. The manager and the cashier were really friendly, helpful, attentive and professional. I will go back there again. I love clean restrooms. Who doesn't, right. I was there about 8pm.

It opened not too long ago and I have to say it's a great addition to this town. Thank you for opening up here 🙏 oh and btw I know this is random but it surprised me , I got a kids meal and it actually came with a real toy , haven't seen that in years honestly , I've only been seeing puzzles and stickers ect. Really surprised the kiddos to get an actual toy 💯

Terrible Service – Refused Refund Even With Receipt
I had an awful experience here that I feel others should know about. We sat up front for about 10 minutes waiting for our order, only to be told it had already been bagged and sitting there. When we got home and opened the bag, everything in the order was wrong. Not just one item—the entire order.
We went back right away with the food and our receipt to ask for a refund. The young female manager on duty was shockingly rude and outright refused to give us a refund, despite the clear mistake and proof of purchase. No apology, no accountability—just attitude.
This kind of customer service is unacceptable. Mistakes happen, but refusing to make it right when a customer comes back with the receipt and the wrong food is just bad business. I won’t be going back, and I recommend you think twice before spending your money here.

It’s a new place obviously it’s clean everyone was nice but man the food was not good my chicken on my salad was rock hard and old just dry couldn’t even eat it my daughters nuggets were dry as well she also didn’t eat them and the fries were going to be my savior to at least fill up on but they must have been accidentally double salted or something way too salty anyways won’t be coming back here
