We've had instances where our online or phone orders weren't prepared on time. We were given an estimated wait time, but upon arriving at the cafe, we found out they hadn't even begun making our drinks. This disrupts our schedule because we have to wait for them to make our drinks. Usually, the cafe tends to be empty at this time with much not much customers. Apart from that, the drinks are great.

This Castro Valley bakery has the CUTEST character macarons ever! Be sure to bookmark this place for your dessert needs! These treats are also available on Doordash! What a great place to get some yummy treats! Always Yours is located in the middle of Castro Village and is a super cute bakery. I tried a few different macarons and they were all delish! My favorite was a cookies and cream flavor. They have all different kinds of desserts and the staff is super friendly. They even had a coupon in the local mailer which was a nice surprise! They close a little early but so does most of Castro Valley- just be sure to double check the hours before heading too late in the evening. Check this place out and enjoy some yummy bites of deliciousness!

Super cute character macaroons ranges about $5 each and the basic macaroons are bout $3 they have cupcakes and cheese cakes and cute little cream puffs. A must try!

I've gotten character macarons from here and they're super delicious but yesterday was the first time I ordered a whole cake from them! Let me tell you.. the cake totally blew me away! I ordered the earl gray tres leches cake. When I picked it up it was so beautiful with small pearls and gold flakes on top of the whipped cream, I actually had no idea what it would look like so I was already so happy with how it looked. As for the taste, OMG it is SO good. Perfectly squishy moist cake with an excellent creamy earl gray flavor. We had it last night after a group dinner and my friends are telling me they're still thinking about it (so am I). I cannot recommend their cake enough and this will definitely be my go-to spot for cakes in the future!

I've always needed an excuse to try and check out this bakery.This time I was actually able to because I wanted to celebrate my baby's 1 month birthday.I know this place was known for their cute caricature macaroons. I was hoping to buy just a small treat or even just a cupcake to commemorate this special day. I waas able to buy a small bento cake for my baby boy which is the perfect size for my husband and I to eat and for pictures of course.As you can see the cake is very cute which the frosting was decorated in a fall theme with little pumpkins, and it was vanilla flavored cake. I also ordered a strawberry matcha drink for myself.Both the drink and cake were tasty. Would buy again. Plus the decor of this little bakeshop is very happy and puts a smile on your face. Definitely a nice little treat.

Well I got scammed. They told me I could get 10% off if I checked in. I checked in, showed the guy, and he's like "Mark it was used", which I did. I paid, didn't get a receipt, but Square sent me an emailed receipt and the 10% was not applied. Too late to amend cuz I already went home. Moral of the story, double check before you pay or ask for a receipt.I got 2 character macarons $10, 4 regular macarons $12, mango souffle cheesecake $6.75, peach oolong tea $5.50, and a strawberry matcha latte $6.25. The macarons are cute. Of the flavors I tried, Corgi Passionfruit, Strawberry cheesecake, and Ube were the best. The macaron was made very well, not chewy and the filling was just enough. The mango souffle cheesecake is a pass. It was dry and didn't taste as good without the cream. The mango flavor was also faint.The drinks were just ok. They tasted very artificial. Cups were cute though. If anything I'd go back for macarons but would be more aware on payment next time.

Natalie has come a long way building her business & I couldn't be much happier & proud of the success!! Natalie has been with me since high school & I'm still here almost 10 years later.The macrons are the best & is a staple! They always have fun character designs, changing every so often based on the time of year or just incorporating new ideas. I also really love the flavors offered. You have generic to unique Asian inspired flavors I grew up with. I recently ordered a cheesecake from here for my parents birthday & it was bomb! Previously I ordered a custom macron bouquet for my friends birthday too. It wasn't something they offered on their menu but they were able to bring my idea to life!The store itself is super cute inside and out! It has a bright girly cozy floral vibe. They have a fun claw machine inside with cute plushies. Spacious seating area to hang out. Decor ties the whole place together. They also do a lot of events and offer special deals when you sign up for their newsletter.
