I ordered through Postmates so it was a delivery order. I ordered the garlic and soy fried chicken, the rice bowl and fries. The flavor was ok. I was expecting the chicken to be a little more crunchy than it was. Was more like chicken The fries were just plain dry and no salt or even salt packets. I think its probably better to eat in than do take out.

I was very excited to see another Korean fried chicken spot around the area. Korean fried chicken never disappoints.... However in this case, it did. It's more like subpar popcorn chicken. The food does not justify the price you pay. It's definitely way too expensive for what it is. I'll definitely stick to my usual Korean fried chicken spots around my area.

Server was new, didn’t know menu items. Chicken was rubbery, flavorless and bland.Unfortunately will not order again.

Ordered at the counter in the store by pointing to the items on the doordash menu, and realized after that I was charged more vs ordering through the app. Both 10-pc chicken orders came out pretty quick, one was slightly warmer than room temp and the other was cold; neither were crispy. I was assured they were made fresh, which is either very troubling or incorrect.

I usually door dash this place so I was a bit surprised when my bulgogi came without there fried egg and green onion. My girlfriends dish the garlic and soy rice bowl was also missing the fried egg and green onion. Food tasted a bit different than the Fremont location. Overall you’re better off getting it from the Fremont location as they make it much better.

Craving for Korean fried chicken locally, decided to have take out. Placed my order via Yelp, received order acknowledgment and order ready for pick up via text. Curiously, this operation is with a Ramen 101 restaurant. Walk up to the Grubhub counter, found my order. Packed in a carton, the 10 piece nuggets dressed in sweet and slightly spicy sauce with splash of mayo. The chicken was tender, sweet with a hint of spiciness. For the price ($14.99) was reasonably and within market. I had enjoyed them and will come back to try other flavors.

Let's be honest, this is not Korean, not is it AriaSoy garlic "wings" First of all the chicken was small chicken tenders, the batter was not crispy nor double fried and perhaps some of the meat partially raw (see picture). There was barely any flavorKorean taco trio- unsure what the flavors were but there was what seemed to be a ranch, a fake bright Red 40 sauce that may have been meant to be spicy and another unknown flavor. The same tenders were used in the tacos. The tortilla came out lukewarm Honestly if I wanted a local Castro Valley teenager to make me some fake food from some Safeway frozen tenders this would be it. This place definitely tarnishing the name of the original in SF.

Just wanted something to order with our Uber eats boba and this came up as a suggestion... it was so good! Definitely going to order repeatedly when we're home. Pleasantly surprised, and had no idea what we were even ordering. Forgot to take pictures tho!

Food was disappointing. The sweet and spicy chicken are a definite no. Dry and arrived as if they threw yesterday's leftovers in a bowl with rice. Bulgogi tacos were ok at best. Meat was just not good. Definitely not worth what I sadly spent on this delivery. It's pretty upsetting. I do not recommend. What a disappointment when you order food spend almost $40 and you can't even eat it. I wish I could give this place zero stars.

I'm always searching for new places with delicious fried chicken and I found another. I ordered through Yelp and utilized their delivery option which was fulfilled by Grubhub. I chose the Korean fried chicken as well as the sweet + spicy with garlic soy dipping sauce on the side (I tried two in case I was underwhelmed with one). Both were very delicious and arrived delightfully crisp, even the sweet + spicy which was covered with sauce. The garlic soy sauce was to DIE for, I didn't expect it to be so flavorful. Often times restaurants will advertise something with "garlic" but in actuality it's a /hint/ of garlic--not the case here, and pleasantly so! The Korean fried chicken was actually my favorite of the two; unfortunately, though tasty enough, I did not find the sweet + spicy spicy at all. I prefer spicy to hurt a little and make me reach for my drink, you know? I'm excited to try their other sauces next time, however. Overall, this is a solid place I recommend

This place is very good for a quick chicken takeout dinner! I had 3 of their dipping sauce flavors, their Korean taco trio, and their glazed fried chicken with their sweet and spicy sauce. This location is inside a Ramen 101, so when you order make sure to head over to the counter/register area to their designated pick up station. White sauce- Very similar to a kewpie mayo sauce. Slightly sweeter than mayo but the resemblance is there.Green sauce- this sauce has a slightly more subtle taste to it. It was similar to a yogurt sauce without the tartness to itChipotle aioli- my favorite sauce of the three, flavorful, slightly smokey, perfect with any of the chicken Sweet and spicy glazed chicken- this one was more sweet than spicy, the glaze added a finger licking touch to the chicken, very good if you like sweet soy garlic type saucesKorean taco trio- essentially their chicken, but in a taco form. The bulgogi taco, however blew my mind. I didn't expect this to be that good! Sweet, tender, loaded with beef, all wrapped in a tortilla. The next time I would just get three of these and call it a day.

Garlic and Soy chicken was good. Sweet and spicy wasn't spicy at all. Bordered on cloyingly sweet. Forgot to pack our sauces, so maybe that would have helped. Hopeful to dine-in in the future, might be the game changer needed.

Just so everyone knows, This place is a co-kitchen with ramen 101. You cannot order in person. You have to order online and pick up to eat there or to go.I ordered the Three Taco sampler. It came with a lot of meat. Each item tasted pretty good. My favorite was the one with jalapeno sauce. The price is a little high, but I would come back again to try the other items.

So incredibly impressed!! Was browsing Uber eats and came across this place. Never heard of it and couldn't even locate it on Yelp or google. The location was showing up around ramen 101 so decided to go in to inquire before trying it because I never like to try a place without any reviews or recommendations. The ramen 101 employee was so helpful and told me all about the menu and taste of the food. It helped that she had already tried the food and boy was she right about everything and I was sold! Apparently they operate from within ramen 101 for the winter season and it's made in their kitchen. We tried the soy garlic Korean fried chicken w white sauce. It was perfectly crispy on the outside and sauced. A bit on the sweet side and very very tasty. Kind of tastes similar to a Peking style pork chop flavor. But it reminded me of the days when my mom would make home cooked sweet Japanese fried chicken. The mayo was also a sweet mayo. We loved it! The portions are huge and they fill the box to the brim with chicken. If you have sides, it can easily feed 2-3 people. It's thigh meat so it's very tender. They only operate thru delivery platforms like ubereats and have been there for just a few weeks. I would definitely return. Have already recommended this place to family.
