I’ve been coming here for a couple years and my daughter also is a customer and I’ve never had any problems with anyone having an attitude except today. I probably asked for a side of Boba two times in the past and tonight I Requested the same and I was met with a scowl and unusual reluctance. Of course I had ordered many many countless Boba drinks before and that is not the question …Rolling one’s eyes is reserved for someone less mature which is evidently part of her nature. Pls management do better….pls Teach your people to be courteous, no matter what. And to smile!!! It wasn’t even busy, but she acted like she was being troubled.. lol. This child acted like I asked an impossible task. Very weak minded. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I appreciate it.

Ordered Hojicha Tea Latte, really liked it. Selected less ice, still felt like a lot ice in it, but I guess that's normal for the industry now. Just would be more careful when drinking it while driving, during the dark, and/or wearing light color clothes, since I think the cup cap design is a little easy to cause spill. Anyway, the drink itself is really good, will come back and try some more

The boba is so soft! And this was at 7 p.m.! The regular sweetness level is perfect, especially for someone like me who always gets 25% at other boba places. A positive review made me come here, so I'm leaving mine here for someone else to find😊

I’ve been going to Boba Bliss ever since they first opened in Dublin, CA, and it’s been amazing to see how much they’ve grown over the years. The quality has always been consistent, and every visit feels just as good as the first. My absolute favorites are the Brown Sugar Pearl Latte and the Mango Sago. Both are perfectly balanced and always hit the spot. It’s great to see them expanding, and I couldn’t recommend them more highly to anyone looking for top-notch boba drinks.

The drinks are great, I used to go to the Dublin one quite often. Minus one star because the boba girly who helped me out (was very nice and friendly, don't get me wrong!) interrupted her coworker who was already answering my question, to be the one to answer my question. When she gave me the drink she told me that I have to shake it, before I even touched it or grabbed the straw, as if I've never had milk tea! I was probably going to Quicklys when she was in the womb. Nevertheless, delicious, just the right amount of sweet, fresh, and creamy. My brother finished his drink and ate all the ice before we even made it back home, amazing.

I love the vibes of this place! My mom who’s not very fluent in English ordered here and she loved it. The service is great and they’re so quick! If you have an issue with this place it seems like you might be the problem lol because everything is great.

Wonderful quality and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Loved the flavors, we had taro and the matcha strawberry. The taro is fresh and the purple yams are cooked in house. Quality boba!
