The first visit was okay although their egg waffle was a huge disappointment. The second visit wasn't good at all. The cherry on top was when I asked for a little amount of ice the employee gave me 100% ice instead. I'd rather spend my $10 for a milk tea at Boba Bliss on Redwood where I received much kinder service. No thanks, Won't be returning.
I had a great experience at Happy Lemon! While waiting for my order, I noticed a young male staff member thoughtfully washing his hands after handling money from a customer. It was such a simple gesture, but it really stood out to me and made the whole visit feel even more pleasant and hygienic. It gave me even more confidence in how they handle everything. And of course, my mango matcha smoothie was absolutely delicious, fresh, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweet and earthy. Will definitely be coming back!
Great drinks! Great customer service. This is the best boba tea place in castro valley.
Has the best fruit teas, really strong flavors (especially the jasmine green tea or any green tea for that matter). It's always refreshing and never fails to disappoint.

Tried the Okinawa Roasted Milk Tea which was good and definitely a repeat order. The Ube Milk Tea however had a mild ube taste to it and could have been better. Boba was perfectly cooked.

I love this place. It's right next to several other small food spots . There's plenty of parking. Happy lemon itself. Well the drinks are amazing. The young ladies who work there are very friendly. My only small complaint is the few times I've been there. Some of the counters could have been wiped down better. Other than that though. You should check it out
