Chicken was completely steaming hot. I’m glad that it was fresh, but they literally put it in my box fresh out the grease. chicken skin was completely fallen off the meat. It has some gooey spots aswell

The customer service is lacking, and they frequently get my order wrong. Though I don’t often indulge in fast food, when I do, I expect it to meet a certain standard.

Ordered an 8 piece family meal & 12 piece nuggets for a potluck. They refused to give me more than 2 sauce packets, even with all the advertising for "sauced nuggets." With all that chickedn 2 packets is a joke. Service is horrible, doubt I'll go again.

Last time I came to this place was more than 10 years ago and the reason for not going back there again was because the bad experience with the quality of the food . Today went to this restaurant again, thinking time may things around. Quality of their service is still awful, chicken thighs looked like overnight leftovers, and tasted like anything but KFC original, I tried a bite and had to throw all rest away, garbage! What’s worse? They changed my order to a more expensive one! The service guy would not admit it and manager who claimed as the owner came over accusing me of being too loud and this is all my fault! He was looking at me with a frightening expression that I was worried he may jump out over the counter and beat the hell of me! It was a horrifying experience in my entire life in 70 years! Never come back again!
