Great little restaurant. Great service. Food was awesome
The food is now average since this restaurant changed ownership. The prices are still reasonable and the service is still very good.

Explained allergic to shell fish and received a roll with imitation crab and when questioned the server and said it’s ok to eat it’s imitation crab, just eat it!
All the rolls were topped with the same sauce.
I don’t understand why this restaurant was so busy and everyone thinks it’s good.

One of our go-to places with super friendly staff which always goes the extra mile to make us feel welcomed, seen and appreciated.
The Food - especially their Dinner Special - is great, portion sizes just right, different options and still assembled and delivered to the table within minutes of ordering. And both Nigiri and Sashimi have sizable chunks of Fish and well prepared!
Kid-friendliness: Servers interact wonderfully with the kids, recommending suitable food and engaging with them in conversations. There are often families with Kids here, a testament to their appeal.

THis is a good place for sushi in Castro Valley. Parking is usually pretty good in the rear and I have always found the place clean. Sashimi platter is really good and resonably priced. Miso soup is good, and they have a few really good roles. Wish it was a little cheaper becuase I would eat here more often. I have always had a good experience here. Will continue to visit this place. It is a good place to eat.

Great place to get your sushi craving satisfied. We had the 40 piece sashimi platter which was pretty good, though some were uneven or mushy. Also had lots of rolls like spider, November, double salmon. Good size and flavor.

My husband and I just went there and we are livid. We paid $63 for mediocre food. First of all, it reeks of bleach in the restaurant. And then I was served a salad that was just super wet.And then my salmon wasn’t cooked… see the photos. I’m not lying. Im very upset. We told the waitress. She didn’t offer to have the salmon cooked a little more or anything. We used to go there twice a week and we loved it but i guess, we won’t go back.I hope the waitress and cook reads this.

Nice little sushi place in Castro Valley. The quality is not bad but the greatest either. It’s good for neighborhood restaurant. They’re a bit stingy on the sashimi, slice very thin.
