Not Worth It! San Leandro location is 100% better. The milkshake was liquidy and they didn’t mention until after that there were multiple thickness options. Price point is too high for what I got. Only going to the San Leandro location from now on, they have better pricing and better product.

Rip off . Charging dollars for a 10cent sugar cone is crazy.
I used to love this Loards location, but it seems lately the scoops have gotten smaller and the ice cream is barely frozen. Too bad for a previously great place. Seems they are skimping quite a bit on what used to be a great spot for a timeless treat. $4 a scoop should get you more and better quality.

I grew up eating here when I live in CV. The lady that ran this establishment did it for 35 years, I'm glad it's still in the family. I happened to stop by for the first time in over a decade, and the ice cream and service were still 5 how I remembered. Keep it up.
