Asked for a double cheese burger plain, ended up with a double cheeseburger with everything on it, asked for a Big Mac with no lettuce onion or pickles, doubled checked that there was NO lettuce on it and I get home with lettuce all over my Big Mac.

We desperately needed a place for the kids to play while on a long drive due to a family emergency. The play place was clean and in good repair. The kids had a blast and it was just what they needed after being in the car so long.The food was ok, I mean it's McDonald's. The workers were efficient. This McDonald’s is one of very few that is open 24 hours in this area, but be prepared for difficulties because they always have some issue going on past 3 am-ish. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve come to this McDonalds, placed an order on their app, paid for it and only to find out in the drive thru that they’re “only accepting cash because their system is down”. What? I just need my two 20 pc chicken nuggets and fries please… I’ve actually had one person serve us but otherwise you have to have cash, and many people don’t anymore. McDonald’s, what is up with that? This can’t be the store employees’ fault, I can imagine from my own work experience. I would hate telling people I can’t take their order every night. Also, their ice cream machine is almost always not working at night. I do have to say that their food is always fresh and hot when they do actually manage to serve you on the late night. If your store’s operating system virtually shuts down every single night… get that fixed or change your hours!

I like using the mobile app, but when it comes time to pick up they get the wrong order sometimes. I ended up with someone else's order and today I went inside to pick up mobile order because it was taking too long and they said it's not in system. The manager working today was mean. Finally they had the order come out, but it shouldn't take 25 minutes. I have better luck just going through the drive thru
