I like using the mobile app, but when it comes time to pick up they get the wrong order sometimes. I ended up with someone else's order and today I went inside to pick up mobile order because it was taking too long and they said it's not in system. The manager working today was mean. Finally they had the order come out, but it shouldn't take 25 minutes. I have better luck just going through the drive thru

I avoid coming to this location because every single time I do come here they can never get my order correct. My recent visit, they told me to park at a mobile stall & they'll bring my food out but they never did! It's also the fact that it's a small, simple order. Their employees can't even do the bare minimum for their guests & have the worst attitudes. 0/10 recommend. Terrible service & employees! Their employer needs a better team running this place.

This McDonald’s is our Saturday go-to, not for the gourmet (ahem) fries, but for the kid-tastic play place. It’s like a mini Disneyland, minus the long lines and overpriced souvenirs. Recently, they’ve hired a cleaning wizard, who’s always zapping away germs in the play area - a real-life superhero with a mop! The fries? Well, they’re like vintage wine if the wine were a bit… stale. But who cares? The kids are too busy making pals and pretending to be lava-monsters. It’s a win-win: they play, I get to chill with my laptop, pretending to work while actually watching cat videos. Plus, with Mr. Clean on patrol, it’s like dining in a bubble of sparkliness! Thanks management for listening. The person who is keeping the area clean is doing a great job. Your restrooms are much better too.

Not sure what is wrong with the employee here at this McDonald's, because service so bad and they could not get the food order correct either. I have gone to the one near Trader Joe's in Castro and they always nice service , hot meal and give you a smile. I come to this location is because closer to me at work and enter and exiting freeway. Twice they forgot my sauce for my nuggets and the right side drive through does not work or they pretending not to work. If you say hello and they would ask what do you want but when you get there no one answer only the left they would say hello. Not sure maybe they are racist group youngster in there. Someone in there is definitely dirty prankster that likes to bite into food and put it back in the box. Management needs to rehire or retrain the employee.

Slowest fast food ever. Waiting for a mobile order from their app for over 20 minutes now and still waiting. I could have driven all the way home and gone to the quick one in my neighborhood but figured this was on my way. Worst decision ever.

The patties were dark and burnt as well. The chicken nuggets were old and stale. I mean how hard can it be to make some fresh french fries and make a fresh batch of nuggets and a cheeseburger? SMH managers, and supervisors you need to talk to your employees. I threw it out what a waste of money...

The young woman taking the cash was so unprofessional. In addition to not greeting us, she completely ignored us being at the window, picking the gunk out of her eyelash extensions, talking to a coworker, and then flipped off playfully and cussed at them. The only time she looked at me was to take my money. And she exchanged no pleasantries - no thank you, no hello or goodbye. Just completely ignored us except to flatly say, "Here's your change". Whatever. I could even look past that if that's all that happened. But no, it took them TWENTY minutes to make and bring out our coffee. What part of that is fast food? Also, they shorted us an order of fries so I had to go inside anyway. Absolutely DONE with this location. They used to have a great guy taking orders at the window but he probably got sick of working with mediocre to rude people or got a better gig. I hope he got a better gig.

Highly disorganized, slow, chaotic, and the opposite of customer centric. Their machines are often broken. And they don't tell you when they are broken. They let you order stuff that they don't have. They will then say your order is ready, including the stuff they are out of. But then it's missing from the bag. Then they will give you a refund for the stuff they don't have, but give you a refund that is smaller than the amount you paid. They don't care about the customer. They don't care about getting things right. They don't care about fast service. The stuff here maybe less expensive than elsewhere, but you'll end up paying for it in time and mistakes.

Worse experience ever at a McDonalds! I went there today for breakfast items. This was my 2nd or 3rd visit going thru the drive-thru and no previous issues. They gave me my orange juice but told me to pull around to the front for curbsize delivery of the rest of my order. Most curb size pick up spaces were full which was not a good sign. After about 5 minutes no one came out. The drivers parked on either side of me got out there cars to check on their orders. I saw the person who was behind me in the drive thru go in and came out with a small bag. I was amazed they were sending customers with small orders to the curbside pickup.I went in after waiting a total of 15 minutes and went to t to the pick up area (no one behind cashier register). The employees seemed unorganized and even a little short tempered with each other. I was totally ignored me. An employee handed a person a bag which turned about to be mine. Probably was the about 25 before I got my order. If there was a manager on duty they probably went somewhere else for breakfast due to the total chaos of that location.

Had to go here as last resort. NO SURPRISE AT ALL, they manage to f/€kk up my order completely. They even topped their previous incompetence. They forgot 2 sandwiches this time. I'm done with this location. It is by far the WORST MANAGED McDonalds I've ever been to.

If the play place is busy it needs cleaning. Listen to the customer ESPECIALLY if English is your second language. Order was wrong, I didn't realize how big an issue it was. Goes back to listening.Kid-friendliness: Clean the play place and tables.pick up the numbers when you deliver the meal! Really
