We had the best service! The man went above and beyond to help us. He had a smile and it was genuine. What a great world it would be if everyone gave customer service like him. I wish I knew his name. When I go back I'll find out.

Staff is nice. Pizza is what you would get if you were a patient in a hospital. Paper thin and sauce isn't very good. I did it the pizza, but I wouldn't recommend this place.

MOD Pizza is one of those places where you cant really go wrong! You customize your pizza exactly how you want it with the toppings you'd like and as much as you want, Ordering from the app or online is quick and easy!

They have individual sizes something like 8 inches for $8 and we had standard MOD pizza (11.5”) with vegan cheese and cauliflower crust with unlimited toppings for $13! Strongly suggest this place, cheap and delicious! Staff is very friendly!!!

Came here to say today with my kids and ordered cheesy garlic bread THE EAZIEST item on the menu i guess . But they had me to wait for 30 minutes when i went to the counter to check they were like oh i will make it now i was like i have been waiting for 30 minutes and it’s not even in the oven? She responded No it’s not ! And when i told her i don’t want it anymore because i waited for so long she didn’t like it and started telling me that’s it’s her fault because she wasn’t the one taking my order while i was actually not blaming her but just wondering why my order wasn’t even getting prepped after a whole 30 minutes and none of the 3 people were noticing that a customer is missing an order!!! So ridiculous She called a guy who also works there bot sure if he is the manager he just kept saying the same thing and that he will start working on it then i decided to not make things more complicated and mistakes happen but what upsetting me more is the fact that none of them thought to apologize they just didn’t care and they actually looked mad at me.

They are ready to make your pizza exactly how you like it. Dough and red sauce are a great base for whatever you can think of. Expertly cooked. Tables needed a wipe, but I could tell they were short staff and everyone was pitching in to get orders out. Respect and a wise decision to keep the wait time down. Would go back when visiting the Bay Area again.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of space, low-med music playing and a general not quiet atmosphere and out door seating if needed.
