This lapse in basic food safety protocol is alarming and suggests a broader disregard for customer health and well-being. Additionally, the overall dining experience did not make up for this issue. The service was lackluster, and the pizza itself fell short of expectations. It's unfortunate to see such negligence, especially from a place that many have enjoyed in the past. Overall, my experience at MOD Pizza was far from satisfactory, and I cannot recommend it to others until they improve their health and safety standards.

This place is amazing the price for the quality pizza that you get is great. They have a bunch of different concoctions that you can create with the many toppings that you can choose from. I've only been here a couple of times but other than plays seem very nice. Nothing super fancy about that atmosphere but it was clean if you have not been to mod pizza, I highly suggest you try it.

When I went here, it was the evening shift. My pizza didn’t come out so great; it was a little soggy. I’ve worked at a similar pizza joint to MOD and I know it is not so hard to operate the oven and make the pizzas. I just think the employees were lazy. The employees at the time were really young and also weren’t practicing great hygiene in between making food and wiping down counters; glove change! ??

Honestly Brian was the reason why I'm even leaving a review since I don't really do these. My boyfriend and i came in and his costumer service was/isA1 !! Made the whole interaction great! Really friendly vibes!. Both my boyfriend and I made sure he knew we liked his service!
The Team working at this MOD Pizza is awesome. Fast and polite. The staff went the extra mile to run to my car and bring me my glasses I left on the table and didn't even realize I left them!!!!

This is a solid go to place for me for not pizza but salads! I would say their pizza is okay but where they really shine is using all of those toppings to make great salad combinations. I have made salads with so many ingredients that it sometimes feels like I ordered toppings with a side of lettuce You can order online or go into the store. The wait is really dependent on the time of day. Early dinner seems to be a popular time for pickup. Try a customer creation salad here and you should not be disappointed.

Employees completely disregard every other customer, but their friends. I had to watch 1 employee chat around with his friend while making his friend's 3 pizzas, which took 15 min. The other employees just chatted amongst each other amd ignored all the customers, which created a long line. I waited in line for this 1 person and I should've left like the other customers. At that time, I was just so hungry because I just finished surgery after having nothing to eat the whole day in preparation for the surgery. I would've had better customer service at any other place nearby. Now I know, to never go to MOD Pizza! Employees just don't care.
