I go to this place often (couple of times a week). The pizza is fresh, the place is clean, and everybody that works there is so nice and friendly. In this economy you need to go where you will get quality food and service and this is the place for great pizza!!!!

If you want to have a cold pizza and cold wings , this is the place. Ordered at 5:15 pm , after 2 calls to restaurant , finally arrived around 6:50. There was no tracking or update on food status after you order. His excuse was online order glitch but my good guess is, he was driving around in bulk order delivering, which makes sense the cold food being last one to received it in his route. Anyway first and last order

I had a really strange and uncomfortable experience here. my partner and I sat in the front section of the restaurant, all the way in the corner where there was a big wall near us and absolutely no one sitting around. We were just eating our food quietly and recording a little video of ourselves on a phone (not facing anyone else.
Out of nowhere, the owner came over and told us there was a camera facing us. We asked what we were doing wrong, and even he said he didn’t know but then added that he was going to “replay the footage and watch us.” That felt unnecessary and honestly really creepy. There were no other customers near us at all, so it made no sense to treat us that way.
The food itself was fine, but the way we were made to feel ruined the experience. Instead of being welcoming, it came off as suspicious and unprofessional. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place if you expect to relax and enjoy your meal without being made to feel like you’re doing something wrong when you’re not. this was on august 24 2025

Today Friday 4/4/2025 I ordered a pizza, they told me my pizza would be at my door in 40 minutes, I waited for two hours and realized that they left the pizza on my porch and did not use the bell to let us know the pizza was outside, then for an hour and a half the pizza was on the porch, I called the pizzeria to return the money for my pizza and come get the pizza and the person who answered my call was very rude said that was not their problem. That is why I take this time to publish this situation about mountain bike pizza in castro valley, california. Terrible customer service, they do not care about the customers it is totally obvious! This place is not recommended at all.

I ordered a medium pizza tonight- I was so hungry!! it took 45,to come when the driver arrived at my complex & said your pizza is here. here! He never let me buzz him in- he called me - I tried to confirm my address but he hung up… when I tried to call him back-.went to v/m! I contacted the store & they after I told them the story they tried to call him but no answer! they made me a new pizza & it was delivered in 20 minutes! The pizza was not hot, no taste! ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

My grandson's birthday party was at the bowling alley across the parking lot. The last minute we decided to eat at Mountain Mike's instead of the bowling alley. We had no reservations, there were about 20 of us and they already had two birthday parties going on. The staff was fantastic. They had to change a lot of things around to accommodate us and we're happy to do so. I have not seen such great customer service in such a long time. You need to deserve a pat on the back.
Ordered online, went there to pickup and pay. Had a coupon that came in the mail today from mountain mikes with Castro Valley listed on the flyer. Cashier went to process it. Then an older employee saw, he told her no. Then looked at my coupon that has their name on it and told me it's not theirs and they won't expect it. He pointed at another coupon on the wall that was the same discount and said that's what ours looks like. Told him it's for them, and he wouldn't budge or offer his coupon. Essentially telling me to pay full price or don't get pizza from them. His service sucked. Don't know if he was the manager or franchise owner, but I walked out and they got stuck with the pizza they already made. I will never do business with this location again. Not my first bad experience here either.

The people working there always have dirty hands and clothes, they need to work on there cleanliness, pizza is always dirty on the bottom like they dint wash the trays right, needs better management
