Food is always tasty and I love their ingredients. The pepperoni crisps to perfection. I have always like the dough at mountain mikes and feel like I get a quality, consistent pizza every time. Prices are a little steep but that's what pizza costs nowadays! Sometimes the wait times can be a little long but it's worth the wait. They also have a yummy cinnamon dessert pizza. Add one to your next order and thank me later!

They have pinball! pizza is fine, salad bar is classic..... but yes most importantly they have a pinball machine like every good pizza place should.

First time ordering from Mountain Mike's right here in Castro Valley, and wow!! What a breath of fresh air!! We normally get our pizzas from Roundtable in Castro Valley on Redwood Rd, the service there has been terrible. Very disorganized and feels like it's been operated by kids. Quality of their pizzas has been hit and miss. One time they completely just didn't make our pizza, mind you this is after waiting 20 minutes at home right after calling in the order and then another 20 min wait between going there and waiting. They had nothing to say but it got missed and had to refund me. Decided to try Mountain Mikes tonight for the first time, I was greeted right away when I got to the register. They were fully staffed in the kitchen and everyone was just so friendly and upbeat. Kinda blown away by their customer service to be honest. Pizza was piping hot and delicious, wife was very happy and we thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Mountain Mike's Castro Valley team, we will now be regulars and be back soon!!

Place is pretty well maintained and clean. The pizza isn't bad for mountain miles better than expected. If you are looking for pizza place in Castro Valley I say give them a try there pizza actually is pretty decent.

This place screwed up my order and bad customer service. They have a worker who wears dirty and it looks like he never changed his shirt, so unsanitary. I would not recommend this place.

I usually LOVE this pizza spot, mountain mikes has always been my favorite pizza until my last order. I ordered a medium pizza online REMIND YOU IM PREGNANT, so I expected my pizza when it said promise time. The promise delivery time was at 3:07 pm , so around 3:14 i called and asked if the restaurant knew the status of my pizza. Lets jus start by saying when you work in customer service or food U NEED TO LEARN TO HAVE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND BE NICE. The man who answered the phone sounded irritated and was rude, he told me my pizza was on the way , i thought ok its not terribly late. 3:30 rolled around STILL NO PIZZA. Im sorry but if i paid for a service and your "PROMISE TIME" is at a time then I just feel like it should have been that time. So I called again , this time I called and called and no answer FINALLY I got another guy RUUUUUDE AS HELL, he said i will call the delivery driver and had me on hold when he got back to me he said pizza will be there in 2 minutes at that point I told him what had already happened I was pist and hungry. What if i was on lunch at work waiting for my food ..... the guy hung up on me. Another 10 min went by and my pizza still hadn't came. At this point it was 3:45 , my pizza didn't get to me till 4:05pm not only was it cold it was undercooked i had to put it in the air fryer at home to finish cooking it and at that point i was disgusted and didn't even want it anymore. I called the next day to talk to a manager and i spoke with a girl who seemed like she was listening to a co worker on what to say to me when i explained everything that went on she said she would have the manager HYLE call me and that was unacceptable , I STILL HAVNT RECEIVED A CALL !!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER AND THE MANAGER IS NOT A GOID ONE, they clearly don't care how they treat there customers. Really a damn shame.

Traumatized. Just witnessed the manager or owner yell and curse at his staff in front of a packed restaurant. Entire atmosphere shifted and was so gut wrenching to watch. The staff held it together well and were 100% in the right. It was 100% unacceptable and they don't deserve that. Only have had good pizza and service from this location.

took almost 2 hours to deliver. called to follow up on late delivery and got very nasty responses like we can cancel it after 2 hours of waiting!! Extremely unfriendly. received very cold pizzas in the end.
