Ono Hawaiian BBQ

This review is primarily for how CLEAN and ORGANIZED the restaurant is. I’m so impressed! Never have I ever left a review on how clean a place is! Well done!

Good food. Cash tip only is kinda lame tho.

There's multiple issues with this restaurant. First, the food tasted way too salty and rich (poor sauce mixture), the chicken in the fire chicken was low quality fatty pieces and they have a tiny asterisk that says the calories are for the protein only, which makes the customer think they are consuming less than half of the calories actually in the meal which is harmful to those aiming to live a healthy lifestyle. Finally, I asked the cashier if the Hawaiian BBQ chicken was good and she said she had no idea and had never tried it despite working at a Hawaiian BBQ place. I'm out $35 for two gross and unhealthy meals.

When I went it was pretty quiet. The food was great. I personally got, two masubi with a side of macaroni and the can guava drink. My child got the kids meal which is a great deal for everything it comes with!

The food was great! It did take a bit to make but I don’t complain when it comes to fresh food. Overall , definitely recommend!!

Was in the area and decided to give this place a try and dine in. We ordered the teriyaki chicken and Hawaiian BBQ plate and the young coconut drink. The food was ready in about 10 minutes and was served hot and flavorful. Good portion size and prices are appropriate. We enjoyed the food so much we ordered a Family meal to go and waited 20 min for the to go order.

The prices have gotten too high, and their service is...eh. I only go to get food for my family. Usually I'll order something from Ramen 101 next door since their prices are similar but offer better food.

I've been coming here for a couple years now. Recently, I have noticed that that portions have decreased on the Mini BBQ chicken. One scoop of rice and one scoop of Mac. A few months back the portions were a bit heavier. Skimping on the portions for the same price? I probably won't be going to this location anymore or my family either.

Chicken BBQ is really tasty, I will go more often if the 2 younger cashier were more friendly. At least acknowledge you and say something else that just hand you the order and turn around. Custumer service it’s all to have return customers!
