I’m giving two stars only because a refund was issued.

I placed an order with specific instructions: no tomatoes, no onions, extra bacon, and extra sauce—all clearly printed on the receipt. My son picked it up, but when he brought it home, the order was completely wrong.

I called the restaurant immediately. They told me to bring it back, which sounds fine in theory, but I was already home and not planning to go out again. I asked to speak with a manager and was told, “They’re not here.” When I asked when they would be available, the person on the phone said, “I don’t know,” and then hung up on me.

A few hours later, I called back and finally got in touch with the manager, who understood the situation and processed a refund.

I might return in the future, but I’ll definitely double-check the order before leaving—or make sure whoever picks it up does. That’s tough though, since you can’t always tell if something like onions are on the pizza until you take a bite.

We're having a party today and the place is a mess the employees are arguing with each other there are folks here that I'm waiting an hour and a half for their pizzas who pre-ordered them I pre-ordered mine as well they were supposed to be ready at 2:35 I've been here a half hour now I don't know what's going on with this place but it's going to hell

My pizzas were ready at the time the website said they would be. The associates were very friendly when I picked up my order.

We used to order at a few different locations, BUT now I only order here. The staff is very friendly, but most importantly it's clean!! There are a couple other locations near by that are not as clean, and I value cleanliness the most. This location is also convenient because I can order my pizza and head to Lucky's, come back and my pizza is ready.

My orders are always correct and on time👍

Orders have alwybeen ready to pickup. Most recent order was ordered incorrectly by me and the server on duty called me directly to be sure it was to be made as ordered online.

Dietary restrictions: Vegan for one pizza and vegetarian for the other.
