I’m giving two stars only because a refund was issued.
I placed an order with specific instructions: no tomatoes, no onions, extra bacon, and extra sauce—all clearly printed on the receipt. My son picked it up, but when he brought it home, the order was completely wrong.
I called the restaurant immediately. They told me to bring it back, which sounds fine in theory, but I was already home and not planning to go out again. I asked to speak with a manager and was told, “They’re not here.” When I asked when they would be available, the person on the phone said, “I don’t know,” and then hung up on me.
A few hours later, I called back and finally got in touch with the manager, who understood the situation and processed a refund.
I might return in the future, but I’ll definitely double-check the order before leaving—or make sure whoever picks it up does. That’s tough though, since you can’t always tell if something like onions are on the pizza until you take a bite.

Papa Murphy’s is a great pizza. Their stuffed crust was great
We're having a party today and the place is a mess the employees are arguing with each other there are folks here that I'm waiting an hour and a half for their pizzas who pre-ordered them I pre-ordered mine as well they were supposed to be ready at 2:35 I've been here a half hour now I don't know what's going on with this place but it's going to hell
