Foods great, I'm a return customer. This was my 4th time there. They need some air circulation in there, especially when it's crowded. They clean tables often. It would be nice if they used more of an organic cleaner. What they use now has a strong chemical? Fragrance smell with no air circulation in a crowed space it's a killer .

Bun Bo hue was flavorful, with generous toppings. We wish we can have more blood in there. Bun Rieu (crab tomato soup) tastes good too. The chili sauce provided on each table is spicy and adds a lot of flavor to the soup

Everything was tasty. It is very difficult to find banh cuon outside of OAK/SF/SJ, and these are excellent. The rice noodle wrap is very very thin, way thinner than the pre-packaged fast food ones, and they come out piping hot. Their roll sampler contained the tastiest versions of those rolls within a 15 mile radius. I had my first egg coffee here and I am forever changed: I can’t go back to regular Vietnamese coffee. Also had the seafood pho and combo rice plate. I’ll definitely come back.

On a rainy day, my friend recommended this place as good for pho. It's locales at corner of busy street with limited parking options. I made the mistake of pulling into the lot next to it, but that is for the liquor store. The guy comes out and asked me if I was eating at the restaurant, kicked me out of that parking spot! They don't mess around. I had to circle the block and found street parking. Be warned peeps
They have a waiting list sign up, so you know they must be busy for lunch. Luckily it was late, so we got a table right away. Menu with pictures, I like seeing what I'll get. I noticed that had egg coffee, which is a twist on the traditional Vietnamese cafe sua da (iced coffee with condensed milk). Gotta try that! I ordered bun bo hue, spicy pork noodle soup. It came with veggies, the regular size was perfect. Overall, the soup was ok, not as spicy as I've had before. I'd rate their BBH a 6/10.
The place is laid out to maximum tables, so don't expect anything too comfy. It's good to eat and be out.
Service is efficient and if you can say "Cảm ơn", which means thank you in Vietnamese, they will smile and it will make their day. Please tip well at these restaurants. Servers are hard workers, they deserve it.
I also want to give kudos for their clean bathroom.

I told my friend this was a nice place with good food then I brought her here Sunday evening October 27th and one of the male waiters or staff thought it was okay to yank a chair away from our table and throw it crashing down the aisle?? This is not acceptable anywhere! I was so embarrassed 🙈 that I suggested we come here, even a waitress came to apologize. Get your staff drug tested. I won’t be returning.

Generous portion and tasty Vietnamese dishes. Iced Vietnamese coffee is good. Parking lot is very limited. Went during off peak hours and the place was not crowded. Fast service.

One of the few places that serves my favorite, bun rieu, and they do it the best of any place I’ve had it. Love the speciality drinks too, especially the fresh sugarcane juice!

I've eaten at many pho restaurants around the East Bay, and Pho Auntie 7 is easily my favourite one so far. I've eaten here in person, and also gotten take-out plenty of times, I've not been disappointed even once. I love their pho broth, I keep coming back just for their broth alone. Their portion sizes are always big too. Usually at other pho spots, I would have to order the large size pho just to feel full, but here, I always order the medium bowl, and come out stuffed every time. They never skimp on the meat portions in the soup either, by far the most meat I've gotten in pho around here.
They also have so many other Vietnamese street food and snacks that I've not seen on the menus at other restaurants. It's always fun trying one or two new items every time we come here.

I came to this restaurant for a regular dinner. It was difficult to find a parking nearby, that evening was a weekday. I think for weekend is even worse to find a parking spot. Service was quick and solid, I ordered spicy pho, dry rice noodle and fried shrimps. Everything is at a standard quality and average. If you live nearby, want to try something about pho at night, this is a place you would like to go. Recommended!

Just enjoyed my first meal tonight, I'll definitely be coming back. It was delicious.
we were able to get a table for a big group pretty fast and staff were very attentive. i love the options for soup, couldn’t go wrong with any of them. soup could’ve been a bit hotter but it did its job. fish sauce wings and regular wing are super great! will come back to try the beef stew.

I tried their bun rieu and was surprised it came with pork blood. I love pork blood in my bun rieu but found few restaurants will add it but this one did. The broth was so good, it reminded me of how my dad makes it. They make fresh sugar cane juice and you know it’s fresh because the machine is right there! I definitely recommend this place for Vietnamese food and will come here again.

The shell of the shrimp in the Bánh Bột Lọc was too hard and chewy. It was not crunchy like it usually is when I have this dish..
