I think their prices can be lowered and their drinks can be filled to the top! Their prices increased over time by quite a bit.

Everytime I went here I was welcomed. There was always some K-Pop show on the tv when I came; it felt like I was invited into someone’s home.The food was fresh and the drinks were great. The only thing that I could say is that I never got to get the durian shake because it was “out of season” or “not available” every time I ordered it. ✌??

Love Quickly and this place can be hit or miss but it's not the end of world. I have walked in before and there is no one working lol... or at least they are hanging out in the back and eating with friends at one of the tables haha. Or, I have been a few times and asked for an item on the menu and it is always out. I figured they probably just do not actually serve it at the location. There is something interesting about their quirks, and I do like their popcorn chicken/ puffs/ juice enough to grab something when I am in the area.

Bobas not fresh. My taro Milk tea tastes flat. Cashier looks like she didnt want to be there. All staff were just busy looking at their phones. This place is horrible. Never again. Dont come here. Go elsewhere. Theres about 3 more boba places around the area.

I went in on 11/4/23 at 8:40 online it said they closed at 10 pm. Employees were there and seen me walk in and said not one word... I placed my order for a chocolate milk tea and popcorn chicken. Right when I pay and it goes through an employee said to me oh sorry our kitchen is closed??? I was in wow because I had just paid and she said I won't get a refund until a week. Also I was so confused that they said I'll get a refund but no receipt (like many other places that do give) and that the kitchen is closed- pls update hours... I think this should've been told to me I walked in and started putting in my order at the tablet. 3 stars because I honestly like quickly but maybe I just had bad luck today l.
Usually grab it to go but I love their spam misubi and milk tea. The atmosphere is still a little barren since covid, but the service is always very fast and friendly. If you use the app you earn rewards.

Today, we ordered 2 orders of popcorn chicken, like we usually do.....fried shrimp and gyoza, plus boba tea. Last week, the popcorn chicken meat was tender, scrumptious.and easy to eat. tasty and good.Today, its dry and chewy, like eating hard dry jerky. I called them just now, and the phone rings and rings..........but no one to pickup. Lets see what they say.
I've been to other locations in the past and always liked it although it's not a "high quality" spot. However when I walked in to this one the people ignored me, I ordered on the screen, and then sat there and waited. It was a guy and a girl and it took awhile. Once the stuff came out the guy walks over and puts in on the counter and doesn't say anything. When I walk up I grab it and say thank you and he just stares at me. We ordered spam musubi and coconut milk tea which were both good. But horrible customer service and won't be going back. Get some employees who AT LEAST greet customers or can say thank you when they leave.

Good milk teas, horrid fruit teas. All artifical flavors and you can taste it. It's good to go to if you want something quick and easy, though.

Depressing in here the workers just sit down and look miserable. The atmosphere is also depressing you order from a machine. Ordered 2 yogurt shakes and they gave me these 2 juice cups with no ice no yogurt when asked about why is there no ice or yogurt the worker said thats how they come. Terrible service, location and drinks if you like getting robbed this is the place for you

This place is dirty! If you are not Asian they are rude. I ordered a oolong milk tea and got something different when I went back to tell the woman she said "sorry no returns or refunds". It was her mistake my receipt says I ordered oolong milk tea. Worse customer service. Never going back again.
