By far the worst store ever! I had 1 item no express not allowed to self check out. Workers and supervisors don’t give a crap. Stood in line 20 minutes for 1 flipping item. This store should be shut down and open a sprouts or Whole Foods!!!
I think the employees are fine. It just poorly managed. I have made many trips to pick up an item and this store won't have it. Diet Coke, Ruffle Potato Chips, Corn Chips, Sour Dough Cracked Wheat bread. It is so frustrating. I have shopped at other Safeway Stores in San Leandro and even down on Redwood Road in CV and no problem with these items ever!
