PLEASE STAY AWAY STARBUCKS AROUND THIS AREA! Can't believe any Starbucks store around here anymore, they always mess up my drink! I have heart problems and even i told them, they won't care and keep put coffee in my drink, i dont know they can't read tag or they just don't care. Even i change store they still can't do good job! I haven't have bad time with any Starbucks in another location but in Castro Valley all staff like can't do anything! (WE TIPS THEM BUT THEY STILL MESS UP OUR ORDER) couldn't believe have heart problems again with Starbucks

Itās a small facility with a small parking lot that isnāt easy to maneuver. The service isnāt very consistent. Iāve had some friendly and quick baristas and some unfriendly and slow baristas.

The folks in this store generally know their customers by name and make excellent coffee āļø drinks.
It's a Great Place to visit from Time to Time for a Treat from the Daily Grind. The Parking is Very Tight SO Please be Prepared to squeeze in at a moments notice. The inside is very Clean & well kept with comfortable seats around. Prices have increased & the Many Products size has been considerably reduced, like for example a Simple Scone use to be Palm sized & Now they are a tiny Triangle 2 small bite size. :))

This Starbucks use to stay open later but closes super early now. If you come like 7am. You will be in and out. If you want Starbucks after 6pm go to the Starbucks on the village. They stay open at least til 9 or 10

I dislike the practical impact of having to ask for a code to use the restroom. I understand the necessity though. The coffee is always good though! And I can order in app and have it waiting for me when I arrive. They get pretty slammed and accessibility is kind of poor. The parking lot is tiny as well. The staff are always polite and you can tell that they have fun. I definitely have this location favorited on my maps app.
