I went here on my birthday today and I was asking out of being curious if this location does anything for a birthday and was asked if I had the app which I didn't have it as I'm not a regular customer enough so this kind gentleman working at the counter gave me the drink for my birthday on the house and I was willing to pay for my order... it really was kind an made my day wishing I had got the name of this worker he was extremely helpful and very nice thanks

PLEASE STAY AWAY STARBUCKS AROUND THIS AREA! Can't believe any Starbucks store around here anymore, they always mess up my drink! I have heart problems and even i told them, they won't care and keep put coffee in my drink, i dont know they can't read tag or they just don't care. Even i change store they still can't do good job! I haven't have bad time with any Starbucks in another location but in Castro Valley all staff like can't do anything! (WE TIPS THEM BUT THEY STILL MESS UP OUR ORDER) couldn't believe have heart problems again with Starbucks
