Only because she didn’t tell me they didn’t have most fountain drinks still charged me for it.. got a lemonade taste like straight alka-seltzer 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 also 20$ for 1 sandwich

Please have more staff at this location. I had to wait an additional 45 minutes after receiving a message that my order should be ready. There was only 4 people ahead of me but it felt like forever. Missed my entire lunch break waiting here. The lady working was nice but definitely needed help.

Hello I stopped twice at this location . The first time I pulled up I see the guy taking out the trash then comes back from taking the trash out puts gloves on with out washing his hands . I just walked out .

The second time I come in and hoping it was a different person which it was then she sips her drinks touching everything then proceeds to try making my sandwich with the same gloves she used to touch her straw she put in her mouth

Please, I beg the owners of this location to better staff this store! Tonight we waited in line for 40 minutes to pick up our mobile order after already giving a 20 minute waiting period before going into the store. While we were waiting, the person making the sandwiches was complaining to other customers that the mobile orders were bad and she didn’t like that people ordered them. We were the only mobile order with 3 sandwiches, nothing else. It doesn’t even matter if we mobile ordered, it would have taken the same amount of time. Every time we come in, there is only 1 employee staffing the store and no one else.

Walked in kept waiting and waiting and noticed the worker was on the phone. She djdnt look up at us to say I'll be right with u she totally ignored us while she was on the food. The rudest experience ever. That location the worker needs to be fired for ignoring us so instead we went to kfc

Went into this place at 5: 00 pm to get dinner and the person working was literally on the phone for 10 minutes and completely ignored us and didn’t even respond. We ended up leaving and didn’t get anything!!!

Wow, I haven’t eaten at Subway in so long because the last time I did, my sandwich was so thin with barely anything in it, but thought to give another chance and today I went back and again, this was the thinnest sub I’ve ever had to the point, I could wrap my hand completely around it for a petite female. What a rip off.

Conveniently located, I stopped here after class yesterday and I'm so glad that I did. Subways can be hit or miss but this is definitely a hit. Sam, behind the counter, was so friendly and kind and helpful. I will definitely be back! Great customer service!

Wow completely empty. Look what they charged and you will know why. They now add healthcare charge to your bill? Insane. Never paid this much at subway, a crime.

I usually have excellent service at this location [and they even take national coupons too - some locations don't]. I arrived for lunch today/Sun. at 1130am and the one guy [middle eastern, young guy w/cap], was serving one person in front of me. During the making of this guy's 2 sandwiches [and after I arrived], the server received phone/fax orders. So, he finishes with the guy in front of me and didn't even acknowledge I am there. He never says hello, I've got a couple of phone/fax orders and get to you after I'll get to your order when I'm done. He just starts working on those other orders before me and doesn't even look at me to acknowledge I'm there. So, I just left. I will NOT tolerate this kind of disrespect/rudeness at a fast food establishment. This is what service has deteriorated to, these days.
