I usually have excellent service at this location [and they even take national coupons too - some locations don't]. I arrived for lunch today/Sun. at 1130am and the one guy [middle eastern, young guy w/cap], was serving one person in front of me. During the making of this guy's 2 sandwiches [and after I arrived], the server received phone/fax orders. So, he finishes with the guy in front of me and didn't even acknowledge I am there. He never says hello, I've got a couple of phone/fax orders and get to you after I'll get to your order when I'm done. He just starts working on those other orders before me and doesn't even look at me to acknowledge I'm there. So, I just left. I will NOT tolerate this kind of disrespect/rudeness at a fast food establishment. This is what service has deteriorated to, these days.

This was my 2nd time going here and I will not go back again!! They put stuff on my sandwich I didn't ask for and then I paid for extra meat on 2 sandwiches and did not get it!! I ordered on line both times and the order wasn't even made!!Nope not going for 3 strikes!

When i always go i have the young Spanish kid help me, he's great!! This time i had an older man make my 2 foot longs, he literally put 4 slices of meat on each sandwich and 2 slices of avocado. I didn't notice until i made it home and but into nothing but bread and condiments. This happened on July 24th around 6:15pm. Very disappointing.

The guy who works there must be the most indifferent, unfriendly, snobbish looking person I have ever encountered in the food business. Can't even say hello or thank you. Why would anyone hire such an uncaring slip, unless he's a relative of the owner... and thenvthe owner is stupid. My family would never go back there again. And the ambiance is just depressing. Better go to other subways in town like on Castro Valley Blvd. Great family run place next to park.

Every subway I go to now only had one person working the entire restaurant. Been standing in line for about 10 minutes and probably still have another 10 minute wait..... Subway used to be fast, now they're all about hiring as few people as possible and make them do every job.
I arrived 36 minutes before they close (8:24, Thursday) and they closed early. Bad business.

I'm so conflicted lol. Received the most HORRIBLY made sandwiches from here, but also, received the best made sandwiches from here. Only reason I'm not leaving a hatin a** review is because eliana (I think) and especiallyyyy Tatiana. They engage with customers, and the ingredients are ALWAYS there and full when they working! Big shoutout!I have technique where after I get my Starbucks In The same complex, if I pass by and DONT see those 2 lovely ladies working, I don't even go there otherwise there's gonna be hella ingredients missing and my sandwich is gon be light as a featherrrrr, I'm just too nice to say "add more on that thang" lol.OhY'all need to crank some music in yall spot or sumn tho cause you can hear a penny drop in that bih lol.

I had the worst Subway sandwich of my life tonight at this dump. Shame on the owner for not being there, himself. It was terrible. The kid said he was just way too busy ALL DAY long to go get lettuce and olives out, so if you wanted that on your sandwich, you were out of luck. Seriously? Not lettuce on a sandwich. Plus, I ordered tuna dn it was a scant amount and my sandwich was almost ready. Two thumbs down with the new ownership. I'll go up the hill from no on.
