Horrible service. I was waiting for almost 15 minutes right at the front of the counter. They asked me for order and the. Went in the kitchen and kept doing some other prep. Finally I asked how long it would take them to take my order and they said another 10 minutes!!!

Honestly not the best experience so far. Very uninterested employees, working with music in, getting annoyed when they couldn’t hear you first time because they have to pause their music, and dirty toilets. Subs were ripped open instead of cut, all in all not the best experience.

Downgrading my review. Not sure what has happened with ownership/staffing at this location. Use to be excellent, now one of the worst I have ever had. Should have just left. Stopped in to get 3 sandwiches. There were two guys working, hopefully they were just high as kites if not they should not be out without supervision. One guy just played music from his phone while the other struggled to remember my request from 3 seconds earlier. Took forever, multiple comments how they didn't really care if they were out of something because they only worked there and they needed to go because it was almost 5pm. The music guy thought it was particularly funny to mess up the cash out on purpose. Good thing this was a test run for multiple business orders I have coming up. Clearly that money will be going somewhere else. Plenty of people want business, this does not seem like one.

I ordered a meal and they charged me for cookies and drinks separately, plus they charged me for wrong sub. Super slow service! The bill looked more than usual but I was getting late for work so I didn't check my receipt until I got home. I tried calling them at the number that was on the receipt and on yelp but no one answered and I was not able to leave a message. Please take your business elsewhere, they have horrible service. And this is not the first time for me dealing with their service.

There is no way to call this store. The phone number listed goes straight to "I'm sorry, this phone number is not in use" or some such error message. Made a mistake on an online order time but there is no way for me to let them know so I'm just out $30 and the food goes to waste. Have visited the store once before and it was okay; a little slow because only one person was working. Would like to be able to rely on this location.
