My friends and I bike here a lot, and for a good reason! The popcorn chicken is amazing, and they've got wonderful drink customization as well. One thing I recently found out was their seating in the back, which is so cute! Very quick service and wonderful staff. They did not get annoyed by us rowdy teenagers!

I really wanted to like this place since its such a cute mom and pop shop that looks like you're actually going into a family's house but I couldn't get into the drinks. I got a strawberry matcha latte that costs $7.25 which I feel is pretty inflated but anyway... when I got the drink, the matcha was super light so all you can taste is pretty much milk and there was a very thin layer of strawberry puree on the bottom. When I took a sip, it was a gamble if I got any strawberry or not. Overall, I feel like I pretty much paid for milk so I was pretty disappointed.

Cute mom & pop boba shop that is actually super spacious, filled with cute decorations, and has a patio and parking lot in the back!We were grabbing some food and desserts in the plaza across the street and wanted to try somewhere new for boba when we found Tea So on help. I ordered the guava grapefruit and J ordered the durian sago. Both drinks were delicious and I'd definitely come back here again! The guava grapefruit was very refreshing. The durian sago was rich and creamy and made with real durian. Highly recommend both. It was not busy on a weekday afternoon. We ordered at the kiosk and service was super friendly. Happy to have another go to boba place in this area! I look forward to trying their tapioca pearls and egg puffs next time.

Tea so has many good things. Their location is good. They have a private parking lot with about eight spaces. They have indoors and outdoors seating and it looks cute inside. Ordering is contactless (on a screen). The drinks are expensive ($10+). They also charge extra for dairy free drinks. I had the mango sago with lychee jelly. They used real mango pulp, real chunks of mango, and real lychee. This is unusual! The sago was cooked well. The amounts are large and the service is friendly. The drink options are unique compared to similar locations across the bay. I left my purse by accident and rushed back to fine they had safely secured it behind the counter until I came back for it. Lovely service and drinks, would go back.The establishment is wheelchair accessible.

One of the best shaved ice around. I got the mango shaved snow with coconut jelly and mango popping boba with condensed milk. Also got the passion fruit tea with boba. The boba drink was good but the shaved ice is my favorite. There is really cute patio outside with seating in front and back. You are able to order using the kiosk or someone behind the counter. I Would recommend!!!

The boba is not bad but not good. I would give it a 4/10. Reason being is 1) not creamy and thick enough. Just felt like tasting water and sugar 2) tea flavor isn't strong 3) boba had a slight sour after taste and is kind of on the harder side. Other than that, the place is clean and service was nice and quick. Pretty empty and quiet when I went. Overall, I prob wont go back bc it isn't my style and ratio of milk tea I like.

I didn't order food at this location. I used the kiosk to order since there was no counter person at the time. I ordered Thai tea boba one of the most popular items on the menu. After I finished paying, the lady at the front counter appeared and informed me that they just ran out of it. What a bummer!! She turned around and offered to substitute for other item. I asked for honey lemon tea which was higher price and I informed her that I would pay the difference. She insisted that she would make it with no extra cost. How generous she was. The ambiance is very family like cozy and relax. I will stop by again to try Thai tea which I missed my chance and other items. The desserts also looked very yummy. Not a through capture this time. Me and my husband went here earlier today and he ordered a black tea with salt cheese and i ordered a cappuccino with salt cheese.Both drinks were so delicious and the lady that was making our drinks was so kind and courteous. It was quality service that we received, I will definetley be going back here soon.

Boba is soggy and al-dente, not squishy-bouncy. I like my pasta al-dente, not boba. The brown sugar black milk tea tastes distinctly like heavy Lipton. That's not the Hallmark of a good milktea. The texture is also quite thick and starchy.

I got the brown sugar boba milk tea. Boba is not comparable to the chain boba places maybe because they are constantly making boba. Their boba is not as chewy. Texture is more on the soft side. I would give 3 stars for a passing boba drink. BUTThe egg puffs is the bomb! I tried the sesame flavor and the original flavor. Both tasted really good and crispy. I would give 5 stars to the egg puffs. There is outdoor as well as indoor seating which is a plus for ppl w dogs. There are some parking spaces in the back but not a lot.

I was in the area shopping around downtown Castro Valley and was craving a Thai tea. I pulled up Yelp and found this place within walking distance. I walked in and to my surprise it was empty. I was able to walk in and place my order quickly. The person taking my order was friendly and quickly made my drink. My drink was perfect, not too sweet, and my favorite extra boba. The inside of this establishment is aesthetically pleasing and very tidy! I definitely recommend if you're looking to grab a quick boba drink.

I always walk by this shop and see the popcorn chicken picture in the window and it always looks so yummy! Today I decided to go in and order them. They were just as tasty and fresh as they looked in the picture and absolutely no grease residue. It did not disappoint! Anytime ai have a craving for popcorn chicken, this is where I'm getting it!P.s. they have the most beautiful inside sitting area and full wall flower. Super aesthetically pleasing

We found a great place to hang out for egg puffs and non-caffeinated drinks. We got taro egg puffs, a fresh taro latte with no ice & no sugar, and purple rice as the topping. Both are absolutely amazing. The drink was made with fresh taro instead of powder. The egg puffs were crispy and flavorful! They also served other types of egg puffs. So we definitely will come back to try out other snacks. The staff is friendly too. They have their parking lot.
