The old manager and overall staff were GREAT, and food use to always be great with good portion sizes.

Now you walk in and the workers are so rude especially the young girl at the front with glasses rolling her eyes when you ask questions/ order.

then on top of that they use to give free ranch, now all of a sudden i’m being charged $5 for 3 ranches is insane considering the small size they give you. The food also isn’t great anymore and they barely give any meat on the sandwiches.

Save your money and go to a different place or different location.

This hurts. Another place I really used to like is not that great anymore. Staff didn’t care and the order was totally wrong. It’s so expensive now it’s ridiculous they don’t even give you hot peppers anymore. They didn’t season their fries like they used to. Everything is nickel and dime and it’s already ridiculously expensive as it is. It’ll be years until you see me again! Bye!

Went two weeks the best Cheesteak shop location I ever had. So professional, neat and delicious. I will be back soon when I visit the Bay Area!

Used to have more offerings for toppings. Still pretty good. Getting kinda expensive though. But the place is fast and reasonably priced. Place is not always as Clea as it should be especially at the tail end of the day. Kids like it for fast meals before sports of after practice. I would recommend.

I've tried cheesesteaks at several spots in California, but unfortunately, they all fall short—nothing compares to what you get back East.

Avinash is always the best! I ordered a large and mentioned I would eat half now and the rest at home. He took it up on himself to serve the half I was eating now in a basket, and put the rest in a to-go bag with napkins. So awesome!

The staff was completely rude. I watched the girl working the front counter treat the man in the back completely horrible. I ordered online to get there and them not even have my order. They told me I had to wait because there was 5 other orders before me. However I was there at my correct pick up time. Even upon waiting for my order.The girl refused to make eye.Contact slamming my food on the counter.Everything was completely burnt. My children were at home waiting for this dinner crying because they were hungry
