Okay this is my second review on Franco's Taqueria in Castroville. I recently went in and had tacos de tripa. I love tripas but usually they are a bit too hard and chewy for my liking. These were tender and sooo savory! Plus they come served on homemade corn tortillas. Outstanding! Tonight I went in for their menudo. They were already out so I had the posole.
