Im a regular here I come almost morning there bagels with cream cheese are AMAZING so simple but just perfect! Everyone is so nice and kind even the owner is extremely kind ! 10/10 i work in Santacruz , salinas and Watsonville this is the only bagels I like I've tried many many bagels and this one hits different! I get the sesame bagel with cream cheese

"Good" donuts and food, bagels are below average in all standards, cream cheese is always light layer and melts because of it. They need to make thicker bagels. Cake donuts are very good, good variety, glazed and chocolate is my favorite chocolate glaze out of all the local donut shops. Price per dozen in good. Coffee is good, always clutch. Workers have the least character/ no emotion, not rude but not sprite. Been going for 30 years, so I know it well. If they made everything like Marina's on res., I'd be there every single day.

The Missing hole donuts are really good but over priced in my opinion. My favorite donut is the apple fritters and they run approximately $3.25. Could be higher now.The Service staff is welcoming. I enjoyed the fact that its previous owners were people we knew and the new owners seem to want to continue that tradition by getting to know their regulars.I rarely go there because of price. I'm selective on what my my funds spent. I'm retired and on a fixed budget, it takes nostalgia to pull me in to the shop for an apple fritter.
The doughnuts were ok, tasted a little burnt and I thought going in early would have a better selection but not a lot to choose from. The ladies working there I think were in a hurry because when I asked if they had a certain doughnut she said yes and gave me something different. Felt like I was bothering her in taking a moment to decide on what to get. Would probably drive the extra 15 minutes to Monterey to get doughnuts next time.

I won't give it a bad review, but I definitely wasn't impressed. The limited donuts were okay, but not much to choose from. I may go back at some point to try the fried chicken though... it looked good.

I love stopping by here every now and then and getting donuts for the family. They also have really good bagel sandwiches you can customize.

I was soooo bummed that other reviews were spot on and the hours listed for this donut shop are incorrect. I detoured out this way on a Friday around 3:00pm in search of donuts after a successful whale watching trip at Moss Landing. To my disappointment, they were closed. Nary an employee to be seen. But several Missing Hole Donut Shop vans in the parking lot. Sooooo... they make deliveries? Would've loved to come here. Might try again next time I'm in the area.
