I stopped by during the NCAA March Madness tournament ti see if they could get an MLB game from back east. The manager and bartender were very accommodating and found the game and put it on a smaller tv for me. Their recommendations for food and drinks were great! I had the foot long hotdog wrapped in bacon which came with fries and a beer. Thanks for being so accommodating!

Wednesday nights are a fun bingo night that's sponsored by a local radio station. Good crowd usually shows up. You'd think the casino would put more staff on. Service, for the most part, is horrible. Never clear glasses off the table (limited space), slow to clear finished dinner plates, if ever before the check arrives. Hardly ever a check on how the table is doing. If we order another drink or beer, we'd be better off walking out to the round bar to get it in a reasonable time. Rancho Mirage 360, no matter what the event that is happening or how big the crowds are, is always spot on with service because they have, apparently, the correct amount of staff working. Now lets talk about the food itself. We've been to both 360 bars in Palm Springs and Rancho Mirage. The difference is night and day. The food (as well as the service) is 100% better. I've ordered the the Crispy Chicken Tenders at both restaurants. In Palm Springs you get ONE dipping side and have to ask for a second and that's all they will serve-two sides. In Rancho Mirage, not only are the chicken pieces bigger, but you get FIVE dipping sides served with the meal. Hopefully someone from Palm Springs will take notice of this and make some corrections. We love our local casino and like supporting our local staff, but it's getting more and more difficult to put up with horrible service and food. We've been to the PS 360 on a weekend during football playoffs and the service then was WAY better, probably because there were more staff.

Sports bar that can't get specific games, is pretty lame. The rest is probably fine but you come to watch a game and they can't get it, what's the point of saying you're a sports

Never come to this casino but the gambling was was ok . I got a bonus on almost every machine I played but didn't pay much each time. That was disappointing. The restaurant was not very packed but still took a minute or two for the hostess to finally seat us. Got sat and then our server immediately brought waters. When we did get our order in it was quite a long wait. I was pretty hangry by the time the food came but presentation was nice. The pretzel was good but the beer cheese not so much. Tasted more like a hollandaise rather than a beer cheese. The cheese at the Indio/coachella location is a thousand times better. The chicken strips and fries were really good. The fries were interesting they were like flat almost like homestyle potatoes. I would def order it again. It was a huge order five large strips and a huge plate to flat fries. Also the tables had no salt or pepper.

Have never had a good experience here, service is slow, food over priced. No separate checks, but tip your server when you get the check for the whole table. No concept of customer service.

Watching the games? Great place...eating? Horribly overpriced and very basic. Service is not great either...Beer selections are very weak too...

*Best Time of the Year for Sports* Autumn is right around the corner...so you know what that means? It's my favorite time of the year for watching sports on tv. MLB is in full-swing and circling the bases & rounding 3rd as the Post Season & World Series Fall Classic nears in October & November...The NFL & NCAA kicked off their football season a few weeks ago and the pigskins on the gridiron have already provided some fantastic finishes & upsets. USC is ranked #5 led by Heisman Trophy winner Kaleb Williams, as they Fight-On for a National Championship. And ya gotta love what's goin' on up in Colorado with Prime Time Neon Dion Sanders & his Buffaloes...The WBA Playoffs began last week...and finally getting full court press on Network TV...The NHL pre season hits center ice on Sept 22nd as the Kings take on the Coyotes in Melbourne, Australia...The NBA is dribbling up & down court as the season tips-off in the beginning of October...Whether your a sports fan or not, the Smoke-Free, 360 Sports Bar & Lounge is serving up constant live coverage & action on 7 jumbo flatscreen TVs. But you better get there early to snag a seat...because the stadium fills up fast and will be standing room only.

We have been coming here for the past few years for football season and we always had a great time. But today...that changed. The service was terrible, the flautas recipe totally changed...yuck! And now they allow children in the bar area. Nothing against children, but this is a casino..and one of the main reasons we have been coming here over the years...to watch football with adults.

Gerald is the best at 360! Takes care of us effectively with a busy environment. He always has a great attitude and is the best server I have ever had. Great food and awesome place to watch the game.

5 stars for the amazing service we received from Karem. She was very friendly and attentive. We went with the appetizers she recommended and let me tell you... We are hooked and will be back again to see her!

Truly great food and an atmosphere that is pure fun. Service is sometimes not great, and there are no real vegan options on the menu, but aside from those things it's always a great time.

My family and I visit the 360 Sports at the Agua Caliente Casino quite often. It is a very practical place to have a late dinner since most places in the desert close before 9 pm.We have tried many of the items in the menu and I would say most of it is okay. The pizza is okay, the Nachos are a huge order, but their okay... I think their best items are the loaded tater tops and the Wagyu sliders. We recently ordered the Pretzel with cheese and mustard and that was good as well. And, their Captain Banana Split is just delicious!Drinks seem to be a hit or miss. My husband and I used to order Pivat Old Fashions, but on one occasion we found several pieces or saran wrap in the drink. We told our server and he explained that the sphere ice cubes are wrapped in plastic and sometimes pieces of the wrap stick to the ice and end up in the drink. WOW! No apologies, no concerns... Like it eating plastic was not a big deal. Of course we never ordered old fashions again.I tried their Paloma twice and it was really not good. The Margarita is just okay, but the Blitz is really good and refreshing. Last night we tried their Blue Drop which was not only delicious, but it is also one of the monthly drink specials for July and it is being sold for only $5.00. What a great deal!Service is generally good, but again, not great, but other than the plastic incident above, nothing major to complain about. We will continue to frequent the 360 Sports at Agua Caliente Cathedral City, and can only hope that the food and service improves. Knowing what the Agua Caliente Casino in Rancho Mirage is able to accomplish, I can only hope that the Cathedral City location will catch up to its older sister soon.

Been there before and was pleased with food and beverages but....last night I ordered what they called lettuce wraps with firecracker shrimp. What arrived was a bed of lettuce with fried shrimp, some with tails still on, a pile of sweet pickle slices, mint leaves and shredded carrots. Sweet pickles? Couldn't wrap the shrimp without getting a tail-on piece, So...ate the shrimp, dipped it into bland sauce and left the rest. When I see lettuce wraps on a menu I think it's already wrapped or at least wrappable.
