It was my first time here dancing in the lounge. It was a lot of fun. DJ played a variety of Latino music... a mix of old and new music. Drinks here are very reasonable. Fun times.

Giving it 1 Star, my husband that had surgery as kid, after he was hit by a truck going 55 mph, with metal in his legs, him and I were talked to by security for him stumbling into a chair cause of his knees giving out, he was in pain cause of the cold weather and working 12-14 hour shifts, he finally got off early and we decided to hang out at the casino with some friends. Ended up getting followed to the car, by security and security talking to him for the way he was walking. I'm sorry Agua that you guys felt the need to do that. I understand you can't assume anything with someone, but they certainly thought there was something else going on. I also, do NOT, want to be followed to my vehicle, as a female at 11:45 at night. I talked to security via phone, they said "we wanted to make sure that anyone that was under the influence wasn't driving" the keys were literally HANGING from my hand. He had past injuries. There was definitely a different way to handle this, cause it wasn't handled right.

I've been to this Casino lunch and dinner. The food is very good, portions large, atmosphere calm and pleasant. The facility is CLEAN. Restrooms are immaculate. The staff are well trained. The Valet parking is exceptional. The Restaurant Staff were very on the spot with service. This is what I expect from a restaurant in a Casino.

Okay so my family and I decided to celebrate the intro to 2024 at Agua Caliente Cathedral and they had this DJ outside , Great music but he was very rude!!!! He was only paying attention to the VIP people (one set of 6 chairs) and there were many people behind him. I attempted to ask him if he could pay attention to the people behind him! He did the motion of "I can't hear you!" So I repeated myself! And he said it again very snobby! I said it again and he acted the same way, as to try and hear me. So I went under the ropes a foot away from him and he was very rude and dismissive as if I were not of his caliber telling me to leave! Little does he know he is 100% a rude DJ!Mr DJ I'm sure you can do better, if you want followers! And Agua Cathedral, this has been your worst year for New Years! Very disappointing

So I stumbled into Agua Caliente, expecting a casino, not a front for the world's most boring bartending school. The drinks were so watered down, I felt like I was hydrating for a marathon, not trying to catch a buzz. And the clientele? A bunch of AARP members, rolling dice like they're preparing for retirement D&D.I tried to win some cash, but it turns out Agua Caliente's definition of winning is just losing a little slower. The only thing with a decent chance of hitting the jackpot is a rogue scooter taking out ankles.Next time, I'll pass on the Agua Caliente experience. Unless they start serving drinks that can actually make me question my life choices and machines that take more than 5 minutes to take $200, I'll be gambling my money somewhere else.

I am in Cathedral City visiting my friend Maggie for 6 weeks. We went to this venue after hearing about their Thursday nights Country Line dance lessons in their bar area. I am new to line/country dancing, but know I'm interested in learning. Maggie's first experience in a country bar atmosphere watching the two-steppers. She had a blast. The music is by a DJ. The instructor is a young gal who puts her groove into the moves. Loved it. Many of the group seemed to know her specific dances, and they all were super fun peeps. They all were happy to show us specific dances. The instructor held 4 "lessons" to the specific songs throughout the night. She is fast at it, so you can't be afraid to ask her for help and going over the moves with you one-on-one.Great exercise!! My Apple Watch told me I completed my entire exercise circle! HahaWe were told by those peeps about other places to go for similar instructions at bars, so I'm sure we will see those same people there. Also, the instructors know each other, so they teach the same dances.When you are there dancing, be sure to get the FREE drawing ticket. Maggie won a cup cozy and a ticket to attend an auto auction !! We are going for sure. :)By the way, the bar area here at the casino is very cool. The bartenders were friendly. There are "slots" at each seat to play. TVs along the casino walls to watch. One TV shows the music video to the song that is playing.Be sure to wear your cowboy boots, and be ready to yeehaw ! FUN FUN FUN

We absolutely love coming to the desert & when in town this is our fave spot. I'm not exactly big on gambling, but game of choice is jacks or better. But, what I love most about this place is their awesome 360 sports bar! This is by far thee best place to watch sports. The food is amazing & consistently good. I highly recommend their chips & salsa, it's soo good & spicy! I usually have to order two, it's that good. All their food is delicious, the staff is great, super cool & a fun vibe. Also, am a big fan of their outdoor/indoor patio where there may be a DJ or band playing, making it the perfect evening out as the weather is absolutely perfect this time a year. Fun time, never disappoints.

A friend of mine visiting from TX initially wanted to go to Morongo; however, it was too far and out of our way and the only other casino I knew of is Agua Caliente in downtown PS. Luckily my friend who lives in Desert Hot Springs told me about a few other casinos in the area (this being one of them) so we came here.Wasn't busy during a week night (Tues) with a little dance section playing some Latin style music. the casino is also very clean and smoke free! Slot machines were plentiful but none were paying out big (lost 60 bucks). Parking lot is big so you better remember where you parked when it is busy!

Go to this casino if your looking for game night or dancing. If you want to gamble, play slots and think your going to win, think again. This place is a joke for any winnings. Tried several visits, and I see the same thing every time. So many disappointed people. I don't expect to win big but at least pay a little something to make me want to stay.

This casino is horrible. There staff . The way they try and talk to people that come and spend money with them horrible. The only star I would gave them is on the look of the facility... Wouldn't spend money here, there are to many other casinos in the palm springs area to put up with their s***
Came for a night with friends. We have been here a few times before and always had a good time but tonight was not the case. Payed for a "Bottle Service" table by the bar. They said $200 minimum for the table, we were a group of 6 so we agreed. I'm not sure how to say WORST service ever!!!!! We had to flag the floor manager down for every drink. We sent back every mixed drink, zero alcohol all mixers. Worst experience ever. what ever you do, pay for drinks at the bar, don't fall for their scam!!!!!!!!!

This Agua Caliente Casino's new location is great for people my age and older. I am in my 40's, lol. It's small, very low key and located in a great, safe area. I also appreciate the security riding around in bikes. So you will feel safe and not have to worry about your car for a while. They have a good amount of machines, great sports bar section, love the dark atmosphere, very clean and well offers everything you would expect from a good casino. Very nice people working here too.

This casino is well kept and I always feel very safe here with the security who patrol the parking lot and the security in the building (usually always at the front door). Good sized casino with variety of games, easy to get player's card, fun slot machines available. It's mostly a locals kinda vibe so it's really more of a place to play a few games and have some fun. I haven't yet been to any shows here but get the invites often - hope to see a show one day. Not much surrounding thing casino so you're kinda boxed in but with a car you can go to many other places in the area.

Honestly, not only will I never return, I had to yelp it to help other Yelpers know. It was just the worst customer service I've had in a while. It's a casino, so drinking and gambling 2 things people go to casinos to do. Waited at both bars for 20 minutes and zero eye contact, zero assistance, nothing! When I finally said "excuse me" the bartender looked at me and turned away. Maybe they don't like red heads? LOL I was just blown away. Never again. Clearly they have plenty of money and don't need mine. Never again.
