The customer service was unacceptable. I arrived at 7:10 Thursday, Sep. 2025, to place an order for a cake. The young man and woman were facing away from the customers, making it difficult to get their attention. When I politely tried to ask for help, the young man rudely told me to stay out of the line. Additionally, the woman appeared to be unfamiliar with the cake ordering process. It's disappointing to experience such poor service at our favorite ice cream shop. The lady did not even put her name on my receipt.

If you go on the last day of each month, you get 31% off of scoops. It's a great deal even when the month doesn't have 31 days! Highly recommended location. Clean and the AC is so cold, you will be able to see your breath.

I mean with the photos I have as proof, you can see why I am giving this place a two. I have been a long time customer at this here establishment and I will say this is the first time I have an issue. You guys need to also hire well suited workers. They have really low self esteem and moral. They really don't help at all.

This is my family's go-to Baskin Robbins. Rosio is excellent and so helpful. We appreciate having a BR in our community for all of our ice cream occasions and frozen dessert needs. Thank you Baskin Robbins.

Paid $26 for a delivery for the wrong item called the store she’s so what do you want?

Service was mediocre. Female worker with short hair and long nails seemed unhappy and bothered when my kids asked to taste different flavors. Online says they close at 10pm, same worker told us dinning room closes at 9pm and asked us to leave.

Counter person was very rude. She needs read the back of her shirt, that reads sweeter. Not rude!!! Will never go back or recommend the place.

They serve you quickly, they are friendly and the snows are delicious

Closed 7 minutes before closing. Turned off the lights as I walked to the door when they could clearly see me walking up
