They didn't let me sit inside because I arrived 30 minutes prior to close.

Also, the chile gueros were burnt and the tacos were not that great.

I'm guessing it's because it was a weekend and they were getting ready to go home. But, still I want expecting that.

I hate to leave this review, but I think it needs to be made. Tonight was our first time here, and it was not great, but it started out well. The young man who greeted us and showed us to our seats also brought water for all of us and chips/ salsa. Our waitress came and took our order quickly and efficiently but... then vanished. Our cups emptied. We had 2 sets of dinnerware and napkins. She came back to confirm something on our order, seeing our waters and my husbands coke that we had placed on the side of the table, but she just went away again. She talked and talked to the other staff but did not come back to us. It was not that busy either. When we got our food, most of us ordered crunchy tacos (tacos dorados), and they were burnt. That burnt taste permeated the entire dish. It all just tasted off. We eventually got our drinks refilled, but only once. No napkins were provided except the original 2. After we finished, the male host came and cleared our dishes and asked if everything was ok or if we needed anything. My husband being gracious just asked for the check. The same host returned some time later and asked if our waitress had brought our check. No, she had not. Then another waitress came with our check. We discovered our waitress was eating and on break, but no one said anything to us. It was terrible :( I know businesses are struggling, but most of this could have been avoided. I tried to take pictures, but they didn't come up clear in the lighting.

CHECK YOUR CHECK! Our check had a higher price than the menu. Server told us there was nothing she could do. Queso fundido was very oily, salty, and badly flavored. Margaritas were tart and very little tequila.

The food was delicious and the atmosphere was very pleasant, but the staff was somewhat indifferent and took too long to return to our table to serve us, despite having called them. The rest was excellent!

We had a horrible experience at your restaurant. One of our group members' meals was missing, and by the time it was finally brought out, the rest of us were almost done eating. The waitress never checked if we wanted refills, and we weren't given any utensils or napkins initially. The service was extremely disappointing

This is the worst place to go to for Mexican food. My Oder was not correct and they still billed me for for it even though I didn’t eat it. I will never come back here again.

I visited this place about 3 weeks ago. Said I would definitely post about the great veggie meal I had. Have been WFPB for over 1 year now and eating out can be quite tricky.

Asked for veggie fajitas and was BLOWN AWAY by all of the veggies that were included on my dish, and it was very tasty too. Filled me to the rim. This meal was good. I was ready to receive nothing but bell peppers and onions. They DID NO disappointment. THANK YOU CASA BLANCA!!! ??????
