I've gotten these twice now at the Palm Springs outdoor market on Thursdays. They'll give you samples to try, and I've had the cinnamon and chocolate ones. They're good flavor-wise but kinda dense and drying compared to other vegan rugelach I've had. I appreciate the vegan options, but I do wish they had vegan options with gluten. All vegan options are gluten-free, so that's probably why the texture is off to me. Nice little treat once in a while...
Had a taste of their rugelach at the Joshua tree farmer’s market this weekend and wanted to stop by to support the business with a review at least, if I can’t make it in person for a while. The husband was very nice! I’m sure the wife is as well. All the varieties (cinnamon nut, apricot, raspberry, chocolate, and chocolate raspberry) were delicious. You can tell they’re freshly made. The owner runs the farmers market booth and will happily ply you with samples before you decide which variety most delights you. This is a specialty baked good that is rarely made vegan.
