Delish food with great flavour - what a treat to find such beautiful food in the greater Palm Springs region. And an excellent bottle of French wine, served by lovely waitstaff. A really lovely evening!

Party of 5 and we had a great experience. Food was amazing, service was friendly, and Daniel is super passionate. As a food and wine person, I respect what he’s doing there and his outlook towards dining!

We had a 5:30 reservation on Wednesday night. When we walked in and there were only a couple people at the eating bar. We sat down and our server came over and asked what our water preference was. They don't have cocktails but have wines by the glass and Im not sure of beer, but they probably do. Our server brought one a chalkboard with the days menu. we ordered the Mac and cheese and The Grilled Dates - ricotta cheese, honey, berry compote, chilé sauce and Red Miner's Lettuce - pickled sunchokes, strawberries, feta, lemon dressing, toasted pistachios for starters. the dates were delish, kind of reminded me of a campfire marshmallow believe it or not, the date was a little charred on the outside like a marshmallow when you were a kid, they were wonderful the red miners salad was also lovely with goat cheese and pistachios. Entrees we had ,Santa Carota Beef Short Rib - coffee, maple demi glaze , New Bedford Scallops and grilled shrimp - spinach-basil creme, egg noodles , and the Striped bass, all were excellent the food here was some of the best in the Desert! For dessert we had the Berry tart which was really good.
Our only concern, and all three of us said the same thing, It would have been nice if more people were eating. But otherwise great food and service!

Do not go here - I’ve never left a google review before but I felt compelled so that others don’t make the same mistake I did. Extremely overpriced, very underwhelming and a wait staff that seemed to not understand the menu. For a restaurant that prides itself on local produce there was not mention or highlight of where this produce came from. Moreover, food was bland or too salty. Most entrees were served with the same base of rice and steamed vegetables lacking the creative vision I would expect for this price point and supposed haute cuisine. My girlfriend and I had 1 glass of wine and 3 courses each for $233, service was incredibly slow taking 2 hours from start to finish. To top it off, the reservation fee of $10/pp was not removed from the bill.

It took an extremely long time to get any food. Even with only 4-5 tables of customers. They were not prepped to have a menu for the night so probably should not have offered up 6pm reservations. For the $$ book choy and a few red potatoes as sides. Hopefully it was coincidental but for $$ it was not a good experience.

While in Coachella Valley, if you are looking for a hidden culinary gem where the chef is passionate about not only the food he prepares but also your experience, then you have found the place! Small intimate restaurant where it's all about the flavors and pairings. The restaurant is not fancy but the food is! Great care is taken with every dish from the appetizers to the desserts. The menu is curated with meat and produce from local farms. If you are reading this review, stop and make a reservation. You won't regret it.

An incredible and delicious experience. How we’ve lived in the desert for 7 years and not known of Daniel’s Table only provides me reason to mourn all the dinners I could have eaten here. We encountered the delightful staff at a Rancho Mirage Chamber of Commerce mixer and the samples they provided were unique, intriguing and tasty. We stopped by this evening after attending an event at the local amphitheater and we were not disappointed. This is chef-driven cuisine of the highest caliber with fresh ingredients, elegant presentation and friendly service. The oysters Rockefeller were scrumptious and savory - served outside the shell on a perfectly cut crostini. We also had the gorgeous lamb served with spinach,, bok choy, and pomegranate seeds and a huge portioned short rib over pasta. A lovely experience that will have us back soon.

This farm to table restaurant offers some of the best cuisine in the desert. Daniel has a very interesting wine collection with a focus on European and South American wines. One of the few places I don’t bring my own wine. The service is warm and friendly. Don’t be fooled by the location in the strip mall, this place is unbelievable. Don’t miss it.

Worst restaurant experience I’ve ever had. Had reservations for 6 at 6:30. Stood waiting a long time while they booted 3 guests from a table for six to a table for four and put us there. Was like they didn’t know we were coming despite the place was half empty. Had to ask for menus. Took an hour to get our order. Got salads at 8 pm. Mine had too much salad drsg. They were very small. Got our entrees at 9 pm and were the only ones left in the place. My pork chop had a lot of fat on it and was over cooked. We asked to speed things up and were ignored. waitstaff was hanging out at the bar talking to the chef. Took a half hour to get our checks . Had to ask for them too. and finally got out of there at ten pm. Our waitstaff Alexandra was confused and incompetent with the billing and the owner got involved but still we waited. Awful experience. Never going back.

Once again our evening with Daniel and his staff was everything a celebration dinner could be. We were greeted cordially, and the entire experience was everything we have come to expect from this fabulous hidden gem in the valley. The food and service were spot on and our server. Alex was attentive without being obtrusive. Everything about this restaurant deserves combination as one of the best in the valley.
