One of the best dining experiences we have had in a long while. Clean, healthy, no pesticide food that was full of flavor. Daniel was a great host, he sure knows how to treat a customer and build a community. I wait to get back.

Delish food with great flavour - what a treat to find such beautiful food in the greater Palm Springs region. And an excellent bottle of French wine, served by lovely waitstaff. A really lovely evening!

We wanted to have a date in a cozy intimate setting. We have been to the Chef's restaurant before and always loved it. We have several of the wonderful choice of appetizers and shared the tabbouleh salad. We had the Mediterranean Chicken and the beef ribs as the mains. Chef Daniel was very accessible and gave us his interpretation of each presentation. Always a wonderful experience for just appetizers and wine or a full dinner.

Always the best evening when we have the opportunity to dine at Daniel's Table. Carefully curated menu with local produce and meats. Chef Daniel is passionate about the food he serves and the experience of his guests. The meals are delicious. Looking forward to dining here again soon! One of our favorites.

Chef daniel was a wonderful host. The restaurant is the closest you will get to visiting a chefs home. Delicious and welcoming

This is a real hidden gem. Don't be fooled by the location in a nondescript strip mall in Cathedral city, California. One of the best experiences I've had in that area in a long time. I will definitely be going back again soon.

Party of 5 and we had a great experience. Food was amazing, service was friendly, and Daniel is super passionate. As a food and wine person, I respect what he’s doing there and his outlook towards dining!

This is a hidden gem of a calm, relaxing restaurant. The food is off the charts good: we had a very tasty flatbread appetizer and the Caesar salad that was so upgraded and rich. Pork chop and short ribs were tender and delicious. The vegetables served were outstanding as well: cooked to perfection. Dessert was the perfect baklava. Most outstanding food and service. Bring your friends or come for a romantic dinner.

Tasting menu with wine pairing was a wonderful experience. As with all experiences, you need to be patient & enjoy. Chef Daniel's choices for the evening were with unique protein sources and every wine pairing was perfect. The wine pairing is a little expensive but our glasses were refilled if we wanted.

Daniel's Table has a chef driven menu of fresh seasonal foods, salads, appetizers, seafood and steaks. Each dish described by Daniel. Personal service. The menu varies regularly with new delights. A chef's choice flight of five tapas was a true value for only $89.00. It was that good. Bar space and tables available for those without reservations was a surprise, but probably due to the location. Don't be discouraged, the location makes it a hidden gem to surprise even locals!

We had a 5:30 reservation on Wednesday night. When we walked in and there were only a couple people at the eating bar. We sat down and our server came over and asked what our water preference was. They don't have cocktails but have wines by the glass and Im not sure of beer, but they probably do. Our server brought one a chalkboard with the days menu. we ordered the Mac and cheese and The Grilled Dates - ricotta cheese, honey, berry compote, chilé sauce and Red Miner's Lettuce - pickled sunchokes, strawberries, feta, lemon dressing, toasted pistachios for starters. the dates were delish, kind of reminded me of a campfire marshmallow believe it or not, the date was a little charred on the outside like a marshmallow when you were a kid, they were wonderful the red miners salad was also lovely with goat cheese and pistachios. Entrees we had ,Santa Carota Beef Short Rib - coffee, maple demi glaze , New Bedford Scallops and grilled shrimp - spinach-basil creme, egg noodles , and the Striped bass, all were excellent the food here was some of the best in the Desert! For dessert we had the Berry tart which was really good.
Our only concern, and all three of us said the same thing, It would have been nice if more people were eating. But otherwise great food and service!
