Fresh farm to table fare with attentive service and good ol' fashion classics filling the room (and I mean REAL classics as in Sinatra and Armstrong)! Upon arrival the staff effortlessly brings you their gigantic menu which is ever changing to keep up with the seasonal ingredients. We ordered the duck charcuterie board. The fresh baked bread served alongside is reminiscent of North Italia with a nice crunch and brush of olive oil. The duck prosciutto was cut thick, salami tasty and kumquat Jam preserve just the perfect balance. Other tastings included the grilled dates and flatbread. For our entrees, we ordered the tenderloin (cooked to perfection and seriously melts in your mouth) and lamb shank. Both were served with creamy mash potatoes and grilled veggies for a healthy side. Our waiter Alejandra was lovely(!) and so knowledgeable about the offerings for evening. She truly takes pride in her job. Francisco provided top notch service, keeping our glasses full and quickly whisking away our dirty plates. MVP of the evening was Daniel of course and his sous chef who happily labored the evening away to perfect each and every dish from scratch. How do we know? Because we had front row seats to the open kitchen concept and enjoyed every bit of the food magic that unfolded. Love finding these hidden gems where the people that run it truly love what they do. As other reviewers have said, Daniel's isn't just dinner, it's an experience; so, pull up a chair, bring a good friend, enjoy the music and expect to be here for a while. And yes, it's worth it.

The appetizers, and salads were fantastic, the main courses were varied , the steak was excellent the short ribs were very average, I would not order them again even thought I am a big fan of short ribs. the wines were excellent, and service was great. A little on the expensive side when the main course fell short of very good.

This is an awesome culinary experience. If you’re looking for great, fresh food from an amazing chef and his staff, THIS is the place for you. We are from the “farm to fork” capital of the world and home to The Kitchen, so we know great food and experiences.Wheelchair accessibility: ADA compliant entrance.

What a fabulous meal! Everything was so fresh and great pairings of taste and texture. Don't be surprised or discouraged about the location (being in a shopping center) as the quality of the food and the service is what you are the for. Daniel even came and chatted with us after are meal. Delightful

Food was very tasty but the potatoes on both dinner plates were only lukewarm, the meat & veg were hot. I do like my vegetables crunchy but these were uncooked even for my taste. Live music was a nice touch but in a small space it meant my husband and I had a difficult time hearing each other. Wine recommendation was good.

Daniel's table is truly an experience but one you probably don't want to have. We arrived for at 7 for our dinner and got seated right away and was presented a drink menu. It took another 20 minutes to get a food menu. You think you would get it as you sat down but the daily menu is written on a chalkboard and presented to each table. Seems like a fun idea but when the chalkboard gets placed behind you have you have to turn your whole body and chair to read it you won't enjoy it especially if you are blocking the view from anyone and you have to separate from the table so people can view it. One thing to note is the menu doesn't come with prices, I will get to this later. After we put in our order and got our necks adjusted by a chiropractor we received our drinks (water for 6 of us a bottle for the other 2). We were chatting it up and realized 40 minutes had gone by before we received our first course. The restaurant was full so we weren't too concerned. But then it took another hour for us to receive our mains. The food was not very visually appealing then you have that first bite and due to the time between courses you think it is the best bite of food you have ever had in your life! Then you have the second bite and realize the food is not good. We had the duck and steak to name a few courses. The "chef" as he calls himself in all these reviews seems to be experimenting with unappetizing flavors. After we finished up what we could eat we waited around for the check and we kept waiting, another 20 minutes we still waited. Due to the waiting us traveling that day half the party left while the other half continued to wait. When we did received the check we were very surprised. The bill was over $950 for 8 people and 1 bottle of wine. Now we realized why there were no prices because if there were we would have not dinned there. If your from out of town please skip this restaurant and find somewhere else. Its for the local old's who don't have much of a palette. Also if you look across all sites for reviews there are plenty of 5 star paid reviews.

A delightfull experience in every aspect. Watching chef Daniel working his magic in the kitchen is a show itself. Every course was exceptional. Not the cheapest restaurant in Palm Springs but certainly one of the very best and definitely worth it!

It is ridiculous to not show any prices on the menu....due to “market price fluctuations” as explained by our wait-person. The restaurant uses two large chalkboard menus....do it would be very easy to show the price, even if “market prices” change.

Top quality fresh ingredients and attention to detail come together to create a unique and personal dining experience. Exciting menu with combinations you won't find elsewhere and make you want to come back. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff and comfortable ambiance. Thank you Chef.

Each year when we visit the Palm Desert area, we make it a point to enjoy dinner at Daniel's Table and once again we had an excellent dining experience. Our meals with farm to table ingredients were truly amazing, beautifully presented and our server Jasmine was excellent. I always enjoy watching Daniel prepare our meals in the open kitchen and talking with him at the end of our meal. We also enjoyed the guitarist that was playing that evening.

Food was excellent. A menu without a single price on it is strange. Out of a list of 10 wines they had ONE available. Empty restaurant on a Saturday night. Great food, very nice people.

Absolutely horrible restaurant. Firstly, I felt the $10 per person reservation hold was weird. From the moment I walked in, I knew something was fishy. The chef kept coming out of the kitchen dealing with complaints from other tables (wrong order, too salty, cold, etc.) He seemed somewhat insane and got into arguments with several customers. From what I heard, they all seemed to just have valid complaints. Next there were no prices on anything. Just a blackboard with the menu written down. I didn't think to ask the prices. Most people are fair, but oh was I wrong! Entree's were $70+ for the whole table! Food was not special at all. My lamb was completely dried out. Lastly, the wine was super expensive also and really bad pours. All in all, a disaster. I would stay away!Response to the Chef, and I assume owner (no owner would allow the chef to treat customers the way I saw.Indeed, I established a fresh login. Frankly, your presence struck me as rather unsettling, and I opted not to risk potential stalking or retaliatory measures since you had my contact and credit card info from your ridiculous $10 reservation hold. After my initial review, I came across additional unfavorable feedback about your restaurant, all echoing similar sentiments. It might be worth reconsidering your path in the hospitality industry, as your demeanor lacks the expected warmth and hospitality.

Amazing dining experience. Chef Daniel and his staff go above and beyond. The food & wine were superb.. the service superb.. and Chef Daniel, although busy, took the time to greet us. We will be back again and again.

The ambiance and service were fantastic! We were excited to engage and speak to Chef Daniel. The food was amazing. They gave us an Amuse Bouche to start which was unexpected. The pricing on the main dishes was a little high but other than that, the food and wine were high quality and worth every penny spent. Look forward to returning.

We had dinner there last night. The waitress seated us and was very friendly. We ordered hors d'oeuvre while we waited for our salads and food. There was really no long wait. This is a fine dinning restaurant. All the food was extremely delicious and of high quality, the hostess and waitresses were very friendly. The soft lighting and jazzy music in the back ground were perfect. We highly recommend Daniel's Table! We plan on returning again in the the future!Parking: This is definitely a restaurant to come and enjoy a high quality meal and a very pleasant atmosphere! ?
