Dave's Hot Chicken

This place is expensive. The food is comparable to Caines. The chicken coating sticks to your fingers. I was mildly satisfied with the taste. Service was very slow. Many cars that arrived after me were served before me. There was nothing complicated about my order. The atmosphere looked like ghetto spray paint art.

That Grace at the cash register had such a bubbly personality and was very polite and fun. And she said her script word for word perfectly! Definitely coming back! ? Food was meh though.

Food was delicious and received quickly. I also happened to forget my purse there and the nice cashier let the manager know that I might have left my handbag behind and they put it in the safe for me until I was able to retrieve it. Such amazing customer service and a bunch of honest and proactive workers.

Mobile order with drive-thru pick-up; order was accurate and food cooked well, no complaints. Drive-thru service was excellent

The place itself is great. Over the recent months, the hot tenders haven’t had any spice, which is truly heartbreaking since I loved this place. I tried trying the extra hot to see if there was any spice, but it stayed the same. It has been really disappointing going every time expecting something different and it being the same. I really hope they do change the spice, but for now I’m going to have to order from a different location :/

Dave's Hot Chicken is a great place if you want some tasty chicken tenders, sliders, or bites. They also have amazing slushies,
Shakes and fries. Service is always impeccable! Would definitely recommend!

i ordered a #2 extra hot in the drive through, got home and the sliders weren’t even hot(spice) i thought maybe they mixed my sliders with someone else’s but when i tried to call they were transferring me to a manager but just hung up on me. Very unprofessional.

I love Dave’s Hot Chicken. I love how friendly the staff is. When we dine it it’s always clean and the staff will help you if you need condiments or even if you don’t know what to order! The mobile app is amazing.. You are given a pick up time. I have never gone in and had to wait. It’s always ready! Can I just say yummmmm to the Kale slaw and pickles!
