This is the worst del taco to go to. Every time I've gone there it's always costed more than any del taco. Every where else has 3 tacos fo 3.19 on taco tues day but this one wants to charge me 4.99 for 3 snack Tacos. Also anywhere else especially in the desert has no problem giving water weather cold or hot but they have to charge. And really dislike seeing guys who work there meeting up with other guys in the trash dumpster area for things I will not write here on Google.

There is a gentleman that works drive-through at night I believe I think he has an accent but I just want to say that is Moe one of the most efficient, hard-working and personable people I have seen working the drive-through in a while. I just wanted to give him his kudos great hire.

Amongst other things that I ordered I ordered two spicy grilled chicken burritos. Got home and it wasn’t anywhere close to that. Then I didn’t get them 2/7.00. After every item that I ordered the guy told me to pull forward. Quite a rush job. SLOW DOWN and get your receipt. They overcharge.

UPDATE: Yes I called your location and two of the girls working there weren’t able to help. They put us on hold and started laughing at us saying they don’t want to deal with it and we have to just come in and can’t call, even though the owner just told me to call them… so I did use the link to explain what we heard over the phone.
Sadly we had a messed up order and couldn’t eat dinner. We ordered soft food because both of us can’t consume hard food at the moment, but the messed up our order. They wouldn’t fix it, send us the correct order, or even let us speak to a supervisor. We didn’t get to eat and had to throw most of the food away, they wouldn’t even refund the order, only that they thought they should. I am disappointed in how little they care about their mistakes, I need to take medication with food, we arnt made of money, we can’t just order twice. Can’t believe how unprofessional this was, when I call so say all this they won’t even answer the phone. So here is the zero star review for something that could have been easily fixed

Everything was great, just some confusion with our food when we got back to our Hotel room... BUT I blame it on the long Drive Thru with the long line, it was very busy! The young man that was working the window was great, and went above and beyond to please his customers

We and many others got stuck in their takeout lane for about an hour. Apparently their system quit working and the car at the front was told to wait. So all the cars behind got stuck. At times like this management needs to get out and do something rather than have us all be stuck. Maybe tell the guy in front to wait in the parking lot so the other cars could move out. Or have all the cars backup. It was around midnight and it became a total nighmare with us getting out of the cars talking with other drivers hoping to get out of there.
