This is the best Del taco with the best service I’ve ever had came in Thursday night at 9pm and this lady running the whole show has such a beautiful spirit, it’s joyful and she is very attentive positive and I loved her attitude, she deserves a raise a manager supervisor position she is really good. She creates the best atmosphere here: As a matter a fact she should be training every Del taco employee two thumbs up and 5 stars from me. BEST DEL TACO OF THE VALLEY THANK YOU FOR THIS GREAT EXPERIENCE. I am satisfied 100%

Ordered delivery. Food was very sloppy. Ordered 3 oreders of tenders/fries and did not receive one. Burger had sauce all over the outside and inside of bun, very unappetizing. The burrito I ordered was basically unwrapped and all the ingredients and sauce were pouring out of it and also very cold. I ordered AND PAID for extra queso (only received a flimsy half cup or a small order not even normal order which I ORDERED) the coffee tasted off. Seriously hate to fixate on issues pertaining to the industry but this has been overall the worst experience with del taco in years.
On point managers and staff if they get my order wrong they always fix it. Only one night they left me hanging WHEN I was just trying to get some guacamole and chips.

There is a very friendly woman who works there who just makes you happy when you see her. She seems genuinely happy to do her job. I like standing and waiting for the food so I can just watch her. Such a pleasant feeling.

I went through the drive threw and spent 30 dollars and when we got home they messed up the order and looked like they sat on our burritos, this has never happened before, disgusting and then the manager, not helpful or Sorry, little do you know this can spread fast ,how do you screw up burritos......
