I will start off with. I walked to the location. I thought I ordered my food.They were rude and said, I do not have an order under your name. You must be at the other location.
So I asked if I can cancel my order at the other location and have it here.And they told me, I had to call the other location to do that.
I walk back to my moto and called the other location and they told me. Yes, you have food here.
And I told them I'm not gonna be able to pick it up. Can I please cancel it and they go? So you're not going to pick up your food? And I was like, no, and they said, huh and hung up the phone

Doors locked at 7:00 when it says you're open until 10:00? With staff just sitting at tables on their phones? Are you going out of business or does no one just want to do any work...?

On march 4th 2025 around 6:00pm I took my 7 year old into this Dennys for the very first time, as her request, and it was on her 7th birthday. this happened all on her birthday. We were being served by the Manager, Angelina or Angelica. Tall Platinum blonde girl with big eyelashes. I have called over 12 times to get her name but no one is answering from that establishment. My daughter was served a raw, pink and still running hamburger and clearly I wasn't too pleased so I asked her to take it back. she had a huge attitude. I ignored it until she came back with the cooked one, and told me it was taken off our bill, and on Tuesdays kids eat free after 4:00pm so my response was, " I thought it was already free?'' just to confirm the deal they were offering. Her response was " did I not just say it was taken off?!" and I said Mam I am not sure why you have such an attitude but please stop now it is my daughter's birthday and there is nothing else to talk about. She did not stop, she continued to try and carry on the conversation, she a GROWN ADULT, who was visibly scaring my daughter, went on to say that I, was making her feel afraid, and that I was verbally harassing her when I stopped speaking and my final words to her were you're an adult and you can't even hold your composure for a child. I'm calling the police. I sat in the parking lot with my daughter and called the police and filed a report. I will be pushing for the full extent for this manager to be held accountable. Do not go to this establishment. The manager kept touching her phone too, kept calling people throughout her shift, NEVER checked on us I had to get up myself and search for napkins for the greasiest sandwich I had ever had. She never washed her hands, and kept touching parts of food on the plate when she served it with her bare hands. Not professional at all and I will be filing more complaints.

Once a reliable place for quick sandwich or bacon and eggs,but on a Saturday night with a staff of one waitress and a cook ...... Both food and service were bad ...... Actually tortiously a punishment to this patron . Stay away...you have been warned.

It's Denny's. Consistent with what you expect. The food was good. Coffee was refilled. Felt relaxed, not rushed. The atmosphere was fine.

Place was nice looking. Our server was okay. But the cook needs some work. She forgot to add certain ingredients on by husbands meal. His brisket was burnt. My child’s burger was burnt on one side, and my chicken was burnt on top of a mushy mess. We won’t be back.

Very poor atmosphere with dated interior. The waiter was lovely but there was only one waiter for the whole business and a single chef. These two members of staff just didn't have the capability to handle all present guests along with online orders. The food was poorly made and pretty tasteless. Price was was extortionate for the quality of food delivered. If I was you I would avoid.

I went to enjoy Lunch this afternoon around Noon, My Server David was very Helpful and informative about current Specials. Enjoyed My Meal and it's Refreshing to still see a Server with such a Positive and Enthusiastic Attitude. I will be returning based on His Customer Service alone. Sat on table 24 (if that helps identify the Server)

Interior was well kept and freshly cleaned, had the classic Denny’s fragrance. Customer service was top of the line, especially the server by the name of David? He provided some of the most excellent care we’ve experienced in a restaurant environment.
