I'm taking a few moments out of my day today to express my appreciation for a Domino's location that has never wronged me. That being said I ordered like normal today but there was a little mix up in the on-line order and I ended up with a cheese pie... far less from what I ordered.Regardless that I was responding to an on-line deal. (If you have any brains at all, you hit the bomb deals when possible) The manager who resolved the mix up was fantastic. I could hear in his voice that there was doubt in his mind, understandable. I know my on-line record speaks for itself. But my compliments right now are directed at the manager. Thank you sir. My loyalty remains with the Date Palm location.

I get what they think is a perfectly reasonable explanation as to why they can't list their prices but I'm not buying it and I'm not buying their Pizza. Until I hear from someone that they've changed this, I won't go back
I ordered 3 large pizzas today for a crew working in my house. I ordered pepperoni with onions. When they showed up all 3 were just onion pizzas. Immediately called and manager Jose refused to do ANYTHING at all. I told him I'd gladly bring them back and they could see they were incorrect and give me new. No. He said the most he would do is if I wanted to buy 3 more. He said he'd give me half off. TERRIBLE customer service....
