1 star for service. The food was good but was service was poor and very unorganized. I sat outside and had 3 people waiting on me. When asked who my waiter was one told me they all wait on all the tables. I was asked the same questions multiple times making my dining more annoying than relaxing; like can I take you order, what can I get you to drink, do you want the check, eat by all 3 people. As soon as one walked away another would come and ask the same question. They clearly do not communicate. I was brought the wrong check twice and then one server tried to bring my table someone else's change and receipt when I was clearly not even done with my meal! They said they had a big mix up. I thought by time i finished that would be settled and my affairs in order. I still tipped 20% on my almost $60+ bill but when I checked my bank account the next day I saw they charged me twice (a completely different amount) and did not bring to my attention while I was there by saying "I am sorry we accidentally charged your card" or anything like that. It was my 1st time coming but I will not be back and will be telling other to starry a way. The food was good, obviously the cooks are great, but the front of house needs to get it together. I will say that the waiters were kind, but politeness could not save this visit from being a bad experience.

I’m in town from LA doing a show at the theatre a few miles away and had brunch here this morning…the food was delicious, the service was impeccable and fast, and the place is just adorable. Everyone was so friendly. Bummed to be leaving town soon, otherwise this would be my new favorite local spot!

We visited this cafe twice on our last trip to Palm Springs. It is a quaint cafe that reminds me of cafe’s from the 50-60’s. Overall the food is very good and the portions are very filling. We had the Cyndi’s Biscuits & Gravy which was very large portion with great tasting gravy, favorable biscuits, 4-5 slices of bacon and scrambled eggs. The lox and fried onions was excellent and again a very large portions. The Pan and Waff San was 2 well cooked eggs, bacon and delicious waffle. The steak breakfast burrito had tender pieces of beef, grilled onions, cheese and scrambled eggs wrapped in a flour tortilla. It also came with hashbrowns on the side. Service for the most part was very good with the exception of Easter Morning when the service was a little slower than normal due the crowd.

It’s been a while since I’ve had the pleasure of a sit down old home comfort food restaurant setting and while the chatter from everyone gets noisy and seemed a little pricey, I understand why my local friends like it so it was my pleasure to treat our families to lunch there. All staff were extremely patient with my menu indecisions and kind and excellent food!

While in Palm Springs, we wanted to stop by for some breakfast, and decided on going here. This is a cute little old fashioned diner with very friendly staff. We quickly got seated and helped right away. We both had a combo that had eggs, breakfast meat of your choice, and we substituted the pancakes for French toast. We decided to try the French toast on sourdough bread…and wow…what a good choice! The French toast was fluffy, soft, with good flavor. Also, their orange juice is legit - not something you buy from a plastic container from the grocery store.Definitely a breakfast spot I would recommend and we plan on coming back again in the future!

The food and service are pretty good, but the coffee is horrible, just about one notch above dishwater, weak and tasteless. The coffee tasted better this time around (09/2023). No issues whatsoever today ( 03/23/2024)Features: Nada

My first time here this morning- I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! There's seating inside and outside, but I was by myself, so I chose to sit at the counter . It's like a well- oiled machine in there , friendly , efficient and the food is incredible!!

Thursday, March 7, 2024. Just passing through on our way to Arizona from Southern California. Never been here before and checked yelp reviews. Looking for a good place for breakfast. Even though it was kind of out-of-the-way for us being that we were on the 10 freeway we made the track and had breakfast. Food was good. Service was good. no complaints. We didn't order anything extraordinary just a couple of basic breakfasts but it was very good. Personally, I don't like it when restaurants charge you a extra fee for paying with a credit card. I am not a fan of that concept at all. It seems more and more restaurants are doing that these days which is unacceptable to me so I am not a happy camper about that. My photo below.
