They underpay their staff so bad they don’t give their employees enough hours I wouldn’t want to help customers if that was my life either. Takes forever to even get someone to take your order and on top of that the food is never right. Some of their employees are amazing but the management is absolutely terrible

Worst staff ever seen in fast food. Came into an empty store(1 other person inside) to literally stand at the counter waiting to order watching 3 employees make eye contact then turn and not take our order. Stood there for 5-8 minutes while 3 employees worked on filling one order for the only other person in the store. It takes all 3 of you? Pathetic

It's your typical EPL nothing to write home over. The staff were friendly enough. The food was served hot and the chicken had great flavor. The building looks dated and needs a refresh.
