El Pollo Loco is only one of two fast food restaurants that i go to. Can't beat their tostada salad or crunchy chicken tacos. I could drink their avocado salsa 24/7. I wish they would have shrimp on the menu more often.

We ordered a 12-piece family meal that should have come with 12 pieces of chicken but only received 10 pieces. This happened when using the drive-thru, so next time, we're counting the pieces before leaving the drive-thru. ??
