Visited a friend in Cat City this past weekend who recommended George’s for lunch on our first day. I was mad at myself for only ordering a single, because it was not enough goodness! Before we were even finished, I declared we’d be returning on Monday before our flight home (and we certainly did!).
I got grilled onions on my cheeseburger, no lettuce and no tomato, and it was absolute perfection. I’m telling you, I left a piece of my heart in the desert at George’s.
Yes, it is true they don’t allow you to put ketchup on the burgers, but those complaining about this in their reviews need to grow up. lol This is what they’re known for, so if that makes you cry, then go to Burger King. True foodies can respect trying a meal the way a chef intends it to taste, and I promise you these burgers do not need ketchup!!

I like a place where you can sit and be yourself. Enjoy a great tasting burger. Arnold Palmer, cheeseburger (that you don't need ketchup on), and chili cheese fries is my order. Tiny hole in the wall. That's my style. You'll love the waitress and cook/ owner. Really good people. Go support your local people in person and meet new people. Don't be surprised if you get yelled at for trying to ruin your burger with ketchup.
