So here's the reason why IHOP, and chains just like it, are heading to bankruptcy: at 1:30 in the afternoon I had to wait almost 10 minutes to get seated at a table that had to be cleaned even though there were at least a dozen empty tables available throughout the restaurant. Another 10 minutes and no one had ever come over to the table to take an order. I simply got up and left never to return.

Food lacked seasoning. My eggs, bacon, & hash brown were not great. Pancakes were delicious though.

We got seated quickly & atmosphere was clean.

However, waitress was rude! While ordering, she interrupted my cousin saying, “Can you wait?”
Then must’ve forgotten but she didn’t bring me a cup of water until I asked again. Then, we asked to split the bill because one in the party wanted to pay with cash. She said “No I can’t it’s too late”. Then when ready to pay, she just said “Thanks”. We replied “Thank you have a good day” & awkwardly left.

Overall good, but a bit disappointed. Didn't catch her name.

I went in there yesterday, mid-afternoon to grab something quick to eat. I walked in and waited to be seated, per the sign that says Please wait to be seated. I waited 10 minutes and no one showed up to seat me. The only person I saw in there was the cook. Him and I awkwardly looked at each other every few minutes. No hostess, which is presume is normal for slow afternoon hours. There were no servers or managers in sight either. There were 4 tables seated and 2 of them were looking around for a server as well. I am honesty and little shocked. We have w never had a problem with anything at this location before. I ended up walking out.

We had the best server ever, I wish I remembered her name, she was a lady, with short black hair, and she worked 3/23/25 in the morning, thank you for your quick, friendly, and helpful service. My fiancé said you were the best server he’s ever experienced 🩷 great experience and great food!

I arrived here to have breakfast at 8:30 in the morning the morning of March 14th. I brought my service dog like I always do and I was asked all the wrong questions and the manager made the manager made me feel very uncomfortable so I walked out.

I contacted the sheriff's department and code enforcement I plan to follow through with a federal law citation for $4,000.

This place is very unfriendly for service animals.

Under Federal Law you have the right to file a lawsuit in California for this type of behavior from any restaurant.

I'm also reporting this iHop to corporate.

This morning I came in with my dad and my son. There was a waitress with piercings that acknowledged us and let us know we could sit down wherever we pleased and they’d be right with us. As we were finding a spot to sit, another waitress, unfortunately we didn’t get her name as she never formally introduced herself, she questioned us asking if we were looking for someone, to which my dad replied “no, we’re just trying to find a spot to sit” she then responded raising her voice saying “you’re supposed to wait over there because we’re supposed to give you the menus, that’s why” her attitude was not only disgusting but uncalled for. THEN, she sat a couple down, gave them menus, went to another table and took their order, THEN decided she’d come and give us menus. I let her know that we were told to come and find our seat, and her response was “oh well I didn’t know”
I’ve worked in the service industry and I’d be so embarrassed if i were her, if she didn’t know she should’ve checked in with her coworker, or at the very least, had a far better tone when speaking to us.
Not knowing something does not give you the right to speak to paying customers that way.

I’d love to get in contact with a manager since I unfortunately didn’t get her name.
